The sample group consisted of administrators and teachers in the Educational Opportunity Expansion School under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Chachoengsao Province, academic year 2024, totaling 302 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient method, which was equal to .87. The statistics used to analyze the data included the mean and standard deviation.</p> <p> The research results found that the skills of school administrators in the digital era, according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Chachoengsao Province, were overall at a high level (x̄ = 4.15). When ranked from the highest to lowest average, they were digital citizenship skills and social intelligence (x̄ = 4.20), followed by innovative leadership skills and innovative thinking (x̄ = 4.15), digital skills in managing the entire organization (x̄ = 4.14), and technological leadership skills (x̄ = 4.12), respectively.</p> Aungkana Koolnapadol Sansern Hunsaen Krisada Ploysri Adirek Yaowong Pikun Pradabsri Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Rajanagarindra 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 22 1 1 14 Influence of Financial Management Practices on the Financial Performance of the Businesses in Songkhla Province https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Jrru/article/view/279394 <p>This study investigates the influence of financial management practices on the financial performance of the businesses in Songkhla province, concentrating on three dimensions: working capital management, investment budget management, and asset management. We gathered data from executives and relevant individuals who provided information about 159 businesses in Songkhla province. The sample group in this study employed a convenience sampling strategy, with a Likert scale questionnaire as the instrument. The data was summarized using simple statistics like percentages, averages, and measures of variation, along with the Pearson correlation coefficient to show the basic relationships between the variables and the research goals by examining the structural equation model (SEM). The study's results indicate that the structural equation model fits the empirical data and that financial management practices positively influence the financial performance of businesses in Songkhla province. Effective financial management techniques enhance competitiveness, positively impacting financial performance and supporting sustainable corporate development, hence, generating economic value for Thailand. The sample group was 1) The efficiency test group 30 student 2) The experimental group consisted of kindergarten year 3 class 3/2 at Bangpleepattanasuksalai School, first semester of academic year 2024, under the office of the Private Education Commission, Samutprakan Provincial Education Office, by cluster random sampling method with drawing lots I group, total of 30 people. The research tools were 4 sets of TASC problem-solving wheel activity, and a problem-solving ability test. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and The t-test. for dependent samples was conducted.</p> <p> The research results found that: 1) The TASC problem-solving wheel activity had an efficiency of 82.83/83.61. which met the 80/80 criterion. 2) The results of the comparison of early childhood children's problem-solving ability before and after the experience revealed that the scores after the experience were higher than before the experience, with a statistical significance level of.05, indicating that the experience with the TASC problem-solving wheel activity set for pearly childhood children resulted in children having higher problem-solving ability.</p> Pattarakorn Nakjaroen Phochet Thamsirikhwan Nuengruthai Mekwathat Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Rajanagarindra 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 22 1 33 45 The Development of Learning Management Model to Promote Interpersonal Relationship https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Jrru/article/view/279600 <p> The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and implement the Learning Management Model to Promote Interpersonal Relationships, and 2) to experiment with a Learning Management Model to Promotes Interpersonal Relationships. The sample group used in the research was 30 first-year students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program at Tapee University, academic year 2023, selected by cluster random sampling. The researcher-developed tools consisted of 1) a lesson plan based on the learning management model, 2) interpersonal relationships scale, and 3) an attitude measurement form towards learning management according to the model. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and <em>t-test</em>.</p> <p> The findings of this research were as follows: 1. Development of Learning Management Model to Promotes Interpersonal Relationships, was comprised of four major components: 1) concept/theory/principle of the model, 2) the purpose of the model, 3) the learning management model has 5 steps: 3.1) the conditions of a relationship 3.2) the process of a relationship 3.3) the process of an improving 3.4) outcomes of an improving relationship and 3.5) a law of interpersonal relationships, and 4) the results that occur to learners from organizing learning according to the model. And the learning management model is most appropriate at the mean of 4.58 at the most opinion level and the content validity (IOC) value is 0.95 at the level that can be applied. 2. The results of using the Learning Management Model to Promote Interpersonal Relationship found that the students in the experimental group had significantly higher interpersonal relationships after learning than before learning at a statistical significance level of .05. And the students in the experimental group had an average attitude towards learning management according to the model equal to 4.00, which was at the level of agreement.</p> Man Chuabangkaew Duangta Intaranak Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Rajanagarindra 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 22 1 46 62 The Effects of Using Activities Based on Communicative Language Teaching Approach based on the Chinese Skills of Third-Grade Primary School Students https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Jrru/article/view/279199 <p> The objectives of this study were: (1) To examine the effects of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) activities on the development of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese among third-grade students, ensuring that the average score met the 60% of total scores threshold and at least 60% of students passed the proficiency criteria. (2) To explore students’ perceptions of learning through CLT-based activities. The study population consisted of 204 third-grade students from seven classrooms in a primary school. The sample comprised 36 students from one classroom, selected using cluster purposive sampling, with classrooms as the unit of selection. Research instruments included five CLT-based lesson plans (totaling 25 hours), a Chinese language proficiency assessment, and a semi-structured interview to gather students' opinions. Data analysis utilized percentage mean statistics and content analysis.</p> <p> The findings revealed that students demonstrated significant improvement in their Chinese language skills. The average score for listening, speaking, and reading skills was 35.94 out of 50 (71.88%), with 23 students (63.89%) meeting the proficiency criteria, aligning with the study’s expectations. The average writing score was 8.14 out of 10 (81.40%), with 26 students (72.22%) meeting the 60% proficiency criteria, also aligning with the study’s expectations. Furthermore, interview results indicated that students had positive attitudes toward the CLT-based activities. The sample group used in the research was 116 students in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession Program, academic year 2024, by purposive sampling. The research instrument used was an ethics questionnaire developed by the researcher. The statistics used included mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Cronbach's α - coefficient. The research results found that 1) Students in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession Program, Academic Year 2024, at Tapee University exhibited a generally agreed level of ethics, with an average score of 4.312. The average scores of each aspect of ethics, ranked in descending order, were as follows: Community and Social Relations ranked first (x̄ = 4.420), Honesty and Integrity ranked second (x̄ = 4.419), Environmental Ethics ranked third (x̄ = 4.304), Public Mind ranked fourth (x̄ = 4.239), Self-Development ranked fifth (x̄ = 4.194), and Compassion and Kindness ranked sixth (x̄ = 4.178). All aspects were at the agree level. And 2) The developed general ethics questionnaire was a high-quality instrument. 2.1) The Content Validity Index (IOC) was at an acceptable level, with an average IOC score of 0.93, and 2.2) the discrimination power (t-values) ranged from 2.05 to 22.19, with a reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s α) of .90.</p> Duangta Intaranak Man Chuabangkaew Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Rajanagarindra 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 22 1 74 88 Media Exposure and Media Literacy Skills in Online Shopping among the Elderly, Tambon Tha Muang, Thepha District, Songkhla Province. https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Jrru/article/view/279339 <p> This research aimed to 1. Study the behavior of online media exposure of the elderly, 2. Study the media literacy skills in online shopping of the elderly in Tha Muang Subdistrict, Thepha District, Songkhla Province, and 3. To propose a guideline for developing media literacy skills in online shopping for the elderly. The sample group used was the elderly aged 60 years and over who purchased products online, totaling 334 people. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and data analysis using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p> The research results found that the majority of the sample group was female (54.19%), aged between 66-70 years, 49.10% had a bachelor's degree (31.74%), and 23.95% were retired civil servants. The average monthly income was mostly in the range of 10,001 - 20,000 baht (37.43%) and lived with a spouse (50.60%). The behavior of online media exposure found that the majority of the sample group used the Shopee and Lazada platforms (33.53 percent) and used mobile phones to order products online (83.83 percent). The frequency of online shopping was mostly 1-2 times per month (60.48 percent), with the main purpose being convenience (74.85 percent). The important factors affecting the purchase decision were product price (87.43 percent) and store credibility (65.87 percent). The results of the study on media literacy in online shopping of the elderly were at a high level overall (x̄ = 4.23, S.D. = 0.42) and the overall impact of online shopping was at a high level (x̄<strong> </strong>= 4.25, S.D. 0.41).</p> Phattira Klinlekha Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Rajanagarindra 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 22 1 89 99 Factors Affecting the Cash Cycle of Listed Companies in the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) in Thailand https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Jrru/article/view/279499 <p> This research aims to study the factors affecting the cash conversion cycle of companies listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) in Thailand. The factors examined include accounts receivable turnover ratio, average collection period, inventory turnover ratio, average inventory holding period, accounts payable turnover ratio, and average payment period between the years 2022–2023. Data were collected from the summary reports of 203 publicly listed companies. The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that the average collection period and average inventory holding period have a positive impact on the cash conversion cycle. In contrast, the average payment period has a negative impact on the cash conversion cycle, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. This study highlights the importance of inventory and accounts receivable management in enhancing business liquidity, and emphasizes the effectiveness of credit term strategies in maintaining financial stability.</p> Pharnnapha Chuebang Thitiworada Sangsawang Sutthirat Ploybutr Sirinate Wanajuck Kannika Thamsarangkul Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Rajanagarindra 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 22 1 100 114 Guidelines for Building Brand Value of Processed Food Community Enterprises in the Eastern Economic Corridor to Strengthen Local Communities, Bang Khla District, Chachoengsao Province https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Jrru/article/view/279103 <p> The purposes of this research were to study: 1) Context and needs of community enterprise products in the category of processed food in the Eastern Economic Corridor, Bang Khla District, Chachoengsao Province; 2) to develop guidelines for creating brand value for community enterprises in the processed food category in the Eastern Economic Corridor, Bang Khla District, Chachoengsao Province, to be used as a guideline to encourage the community to use it in order to generate income for the community; and 3) to stimulate and develop entrepreneurs to be commercial models in creating brand value for community enterprises in the category of processed food in the Eastern Economic Corridor, Bang Khla District, Chachoengsao Province. This Participatory Action Research. The research results found that female, aged 40 years and above, and had membership status in the community enterprise. They produce their own products such as deep-fried bananas, dried mango dessert, mango jam, sweet fish sauce, dried bananas, chili paste, etc. The average monthly income is between 10,001 - 15,000 baht. The guidelines for building brand value for community enterprises in the processed food category include: processing products from raw materials that come from the nature in the locality to increase value and generate income for households; encouraging and developing entrepreneurs to become commercial prototypes by making packaging that is easy to use, meets consumer needs; and requesting for food and drug quality certification standards. The participants consisted of older people who were can help ownself well, can use smartphone at good level, have recieved the phone from call center scammer at least 1 time. A Multi-stage Sampling method was used. Nakhon Pathom Province was selected as the study area. One district was randomly selected using Simple Random Sampling. Subsequently, two sub-districts were selected using stratified Random Assignment. Finally, Purposive Sampling was employed based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria to recruit older people with similar characteristics into two groups: the intervention group and the control group, with 20 participants in each. Intervention group join activity in the promotion program, while control group did not join. The research instruments included 1) Mobile phone security literacy promotion program consistiong of 6 times 2) Self-protective behavior from scam calls scale and 3) Mobile phone security literacy scale. The statistical for research using Descriptive Statistics, Paired sample t - Test, and Independent sample t - Test. The results showed older people who joined the promotion program have an average of self-protective behavior and an average of mobile phone security literacy higher than older people who did not join the promotion program, at the 0.05 statistical significance. The population studied was public health students at Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University who were studying in the academic year 2024. The research instruments were questionnaires developed by the researcher, including Part 1: general information questionnaire, Part 2: depression literacy questionnaire, and Part 3: depression prevention behavior questionnaire, which were multiple choice and estimation types. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation using inferential statistics, namely Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.</p> <p> The results of the study found that the level of health literacy in accessing information about depression, health literacy and understanding about depression, exchanging information about depression, and sharing information about depression at a moderate level (x̄ = 3.39, S.D. = 0.83), while the level of depression prevention behavior was at a high level (x̄ = 3.41, S.D. = 0.81).
