These challenges can make it difficult for the school to become a community of learning. However, with appropriate support and resources, these obstacles can be overcome to provide quality education to students. One approach or concept that can promote schools as communities of learning is the establishment of a participatory education system. This involves developing a curriculum that is comprehensive and creates a community of learning.
It emphasizes student-centered learning and promotes collaborative work among teachers. It also encourages the participation of parents and the community in school activities. By following these steps, the school can transform into a community of learning, where students actively engage in education, teachers collaborate to improve teaching methods, and parents and the community participate in school activities. This results in high-quality education and a culture of lifelong learning that aligns with the direction of producing and developing the workforce. The focus should be on implementing teaching and learning strategies to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills for 21st-century life, livelihood, and the economic and social development of the country.
Sirikorn Namlabut, Chanida Petchtongkum, Chanthamorn Seehaboonlee, Peerawit Namlabut, Nuchaleeporn Chitkleaw Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of MCU Loei Review https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MCUL/article/view/268156 Fri, 29 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Integration of worldly aesthetics and Moral aesthetics to apply them in life. https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MCUL/article/view/268157
Secular aesthetics or hypothetical aesthetics, it is a worldly beauty that arises from the manipulation of the five senses: eye, ear, nose, tongue, and body. No matter how beautiful these beauties are, they are not lasting. Therefore, should not be entrusted with. But the strange portrayal of external beauty is for people to have faith in giving alms, keeping precepts, and meditating.

As for the Moral aesthetics, or the beauty of absolute truth. It is about the practice of Dhamma and Discipline, which is to abstain from evil by body, speech, and mind, which is called moral virtue. Efforts and efforts to practice the Dharma is called the beautiful Dharma, breaking free from the taint of defilements is called the beauty of wisdom.

Secular aesthetics and Moral aesthetics and support each other. Therefore, bringing both to apply in life, it must be harmonious.
Phrakhrubadika Taveesak Taisrikhot, Phramaha Sarawut Phosrikham Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of MCU Loei Review https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MCUL/article/view/268157 Fri, 29 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Communication innovation and new way of political participation https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MCUL/article/view/268158
Communication with political participation in the new way found that in the current Thai political communication process, people are not just the recipients of news from news sources. (state-media) only one side anymore But people communicate from the bottom up within the framework of society. to reflect public opinion more freely The public's communication reactions may be more violent through communication channels that provide opportunities, such as telephone calls to express opinions on news talk shows, sending letters or forward mail, using new media such as Facebook, Line, YouTube to express opinions. Political or it could be a protest march to put pressure on the government, etc. Communication with politics is therefore closely related. Political communication still needs to find channels to reach as many target groups of voters as possible. Therefore, politicians choose to use a combination of formats. You must also take into account the appropriate frequency of media use. In one aspect Political communication through the widespread use of integrated marketing communication strategies. Both using advertising campaigns.
Ali Khan Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of MCU Loei Review https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MCUL/article/view/268158 Fri, 29 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0700 The role of local organizations In human rights promotion https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/MCUL/article/view/268159
The role of local organizations in promoting human rights the promotion and protection of human rights in various fields must not be discriminatory. Choose to promote a specific right in one area. But it should promote and protect various rights in a balanced way, both in terms of civil rights political rights economic rights Social and cultural rights, as well as the right to develop human rights in various fields. These are also closely related to each other. Therefore, no individual or group of persons should what kind of human rights are you referring to? On the one hand, they use it for personal gain without understanding. and awareness of their roles and responsibilities their responsibility Basic essential rights and freedoms that every person should receive equally and fairly. Concepts about the rights and freedoms of LGBTIQ groups In what direction will Thai society move or fulfill the rights and freedoms of the various gender groups in order to follow the trend of society that is continuing to demand rights and freedoms in accordance with the rule of law? Therefore, even if any other organization Or a political party that is trying to fight for the rights and freedoms of LGBT people may have the expectation of profiting from being voters of LGBT people who will vote for them in order to have a position in politics to support members. Their political party to be elected to sit in parliament or to receive any other political support. For people with diverse genders

Humans do not live in isolated societies but must always be connected with others in order to survive in this world. When it is necessary to live in society, social laws (Social Law) must be in place to be used as a tool for creating peace. Therefore, no social group will receive perfect rights and freedoms even from members of the same social group. But accepting differences and diversity without blocking or resisting by using the law of the individual (Individual Law) as the norm in creating social rules. Humans of all genders, all ages, all classes will be accepted in their rights and Human freedom that everyone should have and should have according to their human rights brings dignity to living in a good society.
Asst.
