1. The current and desirable conditions of the management for enhance professional learning community (PLC) in Watkapangsurin Municipal School 2 from the analysis of the overall internal environment and each aspect was at a high level. The overall and individual desirable conditions were at the highest level. 2. The results of creating and validate the quality of the Management Strategies for enhancing the Professional Learning Community (PLC) of Watkapangsurin Municipal School 2 consists of 5 strategies. 4.2 The results of teaching innovation development of teachers from using management strategies for enhancing the professional learning community (PLC) of Watkapangsurin Municipal School, consisting of 15 topics, resulted to 100 percent.
4.3 Achievements in the development of teacher development network from using management strategies for enhancing the professional learning community (PLC) of Watkapangsurin Municipal School 2, completed as according to learning subject groups, resulted to 100 percent.
4.4 The result of teachers’ satisfaction assessment towards the use of management strategies for enhancing the professional learning community (PLC) of Watkapangsurin Municipal School 2 was at the highest level.
