Sample group was 226 elderlies who attended the elderly school, agreed to participate in the research and had no communication problems. The instruments used were general information questionnaire, Thai version the World Health Organization Quality of Life QOL Assessment-Brief Instrument (WHOQOL-BREF), Thai’s happiness index and Thailand Department of Health Service’s health literacy assessment instrument. Analysis was used Descriptive Statistic and Pearson correlation coefficient.
