The valuable information derived from this study will be used for conspiring plans for Thai and Chinese cut flower managements in the future. This study is a qualitative research using data gathered from key informants, such as customs officers, entrepreneurs, and related information divisions. The research data was collected by in-depth interview, observation and field study, and then was analyzed by the method of Value Chain Analysis and Diamond Model. The results of this study showed that Chinese cut flower is at a satisfactory level and has been supported by the Chinese Government as well. However, there are some significant problems mainly caused by technical inconvenience of trade regulations in both countries. It can be noted that although Thai government has supported and facilitated the import of Chinese Cut Flower, they remain lack of necessary management on cut flower manufacture in Thailand effectively.</p> ER -
