This research investigated the knowledge embedded within agricultural livelihoods and developed guidelines to promote these practices, enhance product value, and foster sustainable agri-tourism in Thailand, focusing specifically on Nakhon Nayok Province as a case study. Using a qualitative methodology, data were collected through document reviews, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions with 35 key informants from six community-based enterprise groups across the province. Findings revealed five distinct aspects of agricultural livelihood. Based on these, a robust framework integrating four core Knowledge Management (KM) approaches—acquisition, storage, distribution, and utilization—was formulated. This KM-centric framework serves as an effective strategic tool, not only enhancing the value of agricultural products but also developing viable agri-tourism models within communities. The study's results offer significant insights for fostering long-term sustainable destination growth. They are broadly applicable to similar community development and agri-tourism initiatives across other domestic and international regions.
2026-03-17T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Rungnapa LERTPATCHARAPONG, Penpaksina WICHEANWAN, Varistha KANSARNSANTI, Mongkolchai BOONKEAWhttps://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/PSAKUIJIR/article/view/283872ENHANCING COUNSELORS' VOCATIONAL ABILITIES IN CHINA'S HIGHER EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATION2025-10-13T15:18:54+07:00Yifan LUmju6505501004@mju.ac.thSomkid KAEWTIP somkid@mju.ac.thBongkochmas EK-IEMbkmas@mju.ac.thPit JITPAKDEEpit@mju.ac.thPradtana YOSSUCKpradtana@mju.ac.th
This study investigates the current situation and challenges of counselors' vocational abilities in China's higher vocational colleges amidst the rapid integration of information technology and modern manufacturing. Adopting a rigorous mixed-methods approach, qualitative interviews were conducted at Kunming Metallurgy College, while quantitative surveys were used to comprehensively evaluate 118 counselor responses across 10 institutions in Yunnan Province. Empirical analysis of multiple linear regression reveals that excessive administrative workloads significantly impair counselors' vocational capacity by marginalizing core educational responsibilities. Furthermore, findings highlight a critical misalignment with industrial development needs: counselors cannot integrate ideological education with the regional craftsman spirit and have deficient industry-specific knowledge. Conversely, systematic training participation and institutional award recognition exert strong positive impacts on overall professional competency. To ensure sustainable career development, this paper proposes implementing digital administrative tools, establishing layered, industry-integrated training systems, and creating robust counselor-enterprise interactive mechanisms. Ultimately, these strategic optimizations empower counselors to effectively bridge academic education with corporate employment demands, successfully fulfilling their essential dual mission.
2026-04-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Yifan LU, Somkid KAEWTIP, Bongkochmas EK-IEM, Pit JITPAKDEE, Pradtana YOSSUCKhttps://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/PSAKUIJIR/article/view/282987OPTIMIZING PAKISTAN'S BLUE ECONOMY: STRATEGIC MARITIME GROWTH THROUGH CPEC AND COMPLEX INTERDEPENDENCE2025-10-09T11:31:01+07:00Syeda Noor us Saharsyedanoor32@gmail.comImtanan TARIQimtinansardar321@gmail.com
This study critically examines the growth trajectory of Pakistan’s blue economy, situated within the strategic framework of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the Belt and Road Initiative. Grounded in Keohane and Nye’s theory of Complex Interdependence, the research utilizes a robust qualitative discourse analysis to investigate how asymmetric bilateral engagements can catalyze sustainable maritime economic development. The findings indicate that CPEC presents a pivotal opportunity for Pakistan to optimize key maritime sectors, including marine transport, shipping, fisheries, aquaculture, and coastal tourism. However, the realization of this immense economic potential is significantly hampered by domestic infrastructural deficits, environmental degradation, and external geopolitical rivalries in the Indian Ocean region. To navigate these hurdles, the paper proposes a comprehensive policy overhaul, emphasizing the urgent need for integrated maritime governance, enhanced public-private partnerships, and robust environmental sustainability frameworks. Ultimately, the study concludes that strategically leveraging CPEC through an inclusive blue economy model will not only alleviate domestic socio-economic challenges but also elevate Pakistan’s geostrategic position, fostering long-term regional stability, security, and interdependent sustainable economic prosperity.
2026-04-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Syeda Noor us SAHAR, Imtanan TARIQhttps://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/PSAKUIJIR/article/view/285202DRIVING TOURIST INTENTIONS VIA CREATIVE TOURISM, SERVICE MARKETING, AND DESTINATION ATTACHMENT2025-11-23T14:10:59+07:00Maytinee PANTHURAT63620014@kmitl.ac.thKritsada CHIMPLEEWATkritsada.c@rncc.ac.thChanyaphak LALAENGchanyaphak.la@kmitl.ac.th
This empirical study systematically investigates the structural relationships among creative tourism (CT), service marketing strategies (SMS), destination attachment (DA), and tourist behavioral intention (TBI) within community-based tourism destinations in Chumphon Province, Thailand. Utilizing a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 384 tourists via structured questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The empirical results reveal that while CT significantly fosters DA, it does not directly drive TBI. Instead, CT exerts a profound indirect effect on TBI exclusively through DA. Conversely, SMS directly predicts both DA and TBI, and also demonstrates a significant indirect effect via DA. Notably, destination attachment is the strongest predictor of behavioral intentions and serves as a critical mediating mechanism linking experiential and service factors to sustainable behavioral outcomes. These findings provide actionable insights for destination managers, emphasizing the strategic necessity of carefully designing immersive creative experiences and optimizing service interactions to cultivate emotional attachment, thereby driving sustainable tourist loyalty and positive behavioral intentions.
2026-04-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Maytinee PANTHURAT, Kritsada CHIMPLEEWAT, Chanyaphak LALAENG
