He was a Thai who had previously participated in the Secret War in Laos and survived on this battlefield after the events of October 14, 1973. His writing is based on his experience in war, and the content of Sayumphu's writings was full of patriotic and anti-communist ideologies. However, Sayumphu has a conservative or right-wing political stance. But Sayumphu criticized the right-wing, which was his side. This was different from the right-wing in general.
