The findings revealed that the government has launched the policy promoting a strong and self-reliant economy of the community since the community economy has been regarded as a base for the economic development at national level. However, certain sections of laws that have been imposed nowadays on the production and control of spirits and alcoholic beverages hinder the promotion of community economy of manufacturers of local spirits.
