Case Study at Don Mueang International Airport}, volume={14}, url={https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPJ/article/view/209137}, abstractNote={<p>The objectives of this research were 1) to study the demographic factors that affected work efficiency of staff working at the Airports of Thailand Public Co., Ltd., and 2) to study the motivation factors that were related to work efficiency. The samples of this research consisted of 320 staff working at Don Mueang International Airport under the Airports of Thailand Public Co., Ltd. The data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics used for descriptive analysis included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test hypotheses included t-test, F-test and regression. It was found that most of the respondents (58.4%) were female, and 70.6% of all the respondents aged between 25-34 years old. In addition, 71.3% of all the respondents received a bachelor’s degree, and 42.8% possessed the working position, rank 3–4. Among all the respondents, 64.7% of them had the revenue between 16,050 to 30,000 Baht per month, and 41.9% had worked at the airport for 3 to 6 years. From the analysis, it was found that most of the respondents paid a high level of attention to the factors related to work achievement and career status, followed by factors related to public acceptance, colleagues’ satisfaction, responsibilities, career advancement, as well as suitability of the company’s benefits in terms of health insurance and other services.
