According to the 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan and the 20-year National Strategic Plan. Responding to the development of the country towards stability, security, and sustainability, Thailand ranked 41st in the world in 2020. With a total score of 74.5 out of 100, which is the result of development in accordance with 4 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are Goal 1: no poverty in all its forms; Goal 6: clean water and sanitation management; Goal 8: decent work and economic growth; and Goal 9: industry, innovation, and infrastructure. Therefore, the three-year operation has a tendency to succeed closer to the sustainable development goals. It can be seen that Thailand is trying to develop success in all dimensions. However, in the current situation, it still hinders development to the transition of the country to a value-creating economy. Society moves forward with sustainability. It is necessary to develop according to the framework of the National Economic and Social Development Plan No. 13.
