The questionnaire showed Cronbach’ s alpha of 0.972 with 366 respondents from distribution companies in Bangkok.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The result indicated that the average level of organizational commitment was 3.44; while the average of happiness at work level was 3.39. Personal characteristics, job characteristics, work experiences, environment of work and characteristics of organization were the significant factors affecting the organizational commitment and happiness at work, at the statistical level of 0.01. Happiness at work was positively related to organizational commitment</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The study, therefore, suggested the executives to give a pivotal role in supporting such factors to boost organizational commitment and happiness at work.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For the future study, the researcher should add up the factors relating career opportunities to relocate workplace in the other ASEAN region in order to respond to the growth ASEAN market in the future.</p> ER -
