To study the level of competency of the team leader and the operations of the direct selling business and to study the causal factors of organizational culture in terms of innovation capability at the enterprise level and job satisfaction that affects the performance of the direct selling business in Thailand which is a quantitative research research. The sample group includes 491 direct selling business operators in Thailand. The research tool was a questionnaire, analyze, mean, standard deviation, and analyzing the structural equations using the Partial Least Square technique. The findings revealed that corporate culture factor in terms of innovation capability at the enterprise level overall, it is at a high level. Job satisfaction factor overall, it's at the highest level. for team leadership competence overall, it is at a high level. and business operations overall, it's at the highest level. A model for developing team leadership competencies and the performance of the direct selling business in Thailand was found that the structural equation modeling was consistent with the empirical data. The findings highlighted to the importance of understanding the influence and causal relationship patterns in the development of team leadership competencies and the performance of the direct selling business in Thailand.</p> ER -
