https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJSH/article/view/271310

Currently, Thailand faces a lower birth rate due to late marriage, which causes infertility problems. One contributing factor is that women of older age tend to have fewer and lower-quality eggs. Using donated eggs has become an option for treating infertility in women who cannot produce quality eggs on their own. This article aims to compare the laws of Thailand with those of other countries regarding the criteria for egg donation and the disclosure of information about egg donors. The study found that in the laws of England and Portugal, egg donors must be at least 18 years old, without specifying the legal marital status of the donor. Additionally, egg donors receive compensation that is not excessively high. Regarding the disclosure of donor information, the laws of England, Portugal, and Australia allow for donor information to be disclosed to recipients. Given the above problems, it is necessary to amend the criteria for egg donors and add provisions for appropriate compensation for egg donors and the disclosure of donor information. This would align with the intention and enhance the effectiveness of the Protection of Children Born Using Medically Assisted Reproductive Technology Act, B.E. 2015 ensuring comprehensive coverage in all dimensions.
Benchaya JatikanondButhtree ChanchamKrisd Stitwatananont

https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJSH/article/view/271804

This research is a qualitative research that utilizes in-depth interviews to gather data and group discussions to confirm the findings. The sample is divided into two groups: 14 participants for in-depth interviews and 7 participants for group discussions. The objective of this research is to investigate the fundamental needs for internal training in information technology and to propose internal training guidelines for information technology at ABC Company Limited The research results indicate that employees of ABC Company Limited desire training in information technology that is separated from their regular work or offered in an e-learning format. This would allow employees to dedicate more time to training and comprehend information technology concepts more effectively. The training should be structured according to the type of work or department, with clear objectives, appropriate content, hands-on practice, and a design based on the ADDIE Model. Training materials should also be provided to allow employees to review the content after completing the training. Regular training, promotion, and employee needs assessments should be conducted.
Napasorn TeesakulTaksaya SangayotinAtchima SupachariyawatVerapat Phanhan

https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJSH/article/view/272135

This research aims to develop an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model for detecting financial fraud trends from the financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. By reviewing literature and concepts related to agency theory, which is associated with the fraud triangle concept and the presentation of financial statements, to detect fraud using the traditional Beneish M-Score, and the advancement of artificial neural network technology that matches the limitations of auditing information stored in database format, enabling auditors to use technology in auditing. Therefore, this research employs an artificial neural network model to predict fraud quickly and accurately from financial statements as a primary tool for analyzing and predicting fraud trends. The results from evaluating the performance of the developed model show high efficiency, with the best artificial neural network model achieving an overall accuracy of 94.03%, and after calibration, the model has a confidence level of 80.41%. The analysis of Feature Importance that has a significant influence on prediction is the Current Ratio. These results indicate that the developed artificial neural network model is a valuable tool for planning and improving the auditing process that can accurately and reliably predict fraud in financial statements, and it may. further develop the artificial neural network model into an additional internal auditing tool
Pairote KetpakdeekulPitachaya KanekoPattareya Henklang

https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJSH/article/view/272083

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the situation of international publications of Higher Education Institutions in the Global & Frontier Research Group according to the announcement of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation 2023. The analysis covers 17 institutions using the SciVal database between 2019-2023, encompassing a total of 110,248 articles. The study found that Mahidol University had the highest number of published articles, totaling 20,245. It also had the highest number of citations, with 175,691. The university published the most articles in Quartile 1 journals, with 9,835 articles. Additionally, it had the highest number of internationally collaborative publications, with 9,420 articles, and the highest number of citations from international collaborations, with 126,181. The higher education institution with the highest number of citations per article is Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology, with 11.9 citations per article. The institution with the highest Field-Weighted Citation Impact is Mae Fah Luang University, with an impact factor of 1.32. The institution with the highest number of citations per article for internationally collaborative work is Naresuan University, with 16.5 citations per article. In conclusion, the research findings indicate that Higher Education Institutions in the Global & Frontier Research group's international publications have steadily increased over the last five years. Therefore, the results of this study can serve as a for higher education institutions to access information to compare their performance with peer institutions in the same group. This will help in strategically focusing on areas that align with the institution's potential.
Nuttacha Chaiyawat

https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJSH/article/view/268536

This research aims to study the factors related to the management of tourist safety at the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in Ratchaburi Province. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from a sample group of 400 tourists. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistic, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results indicated that the factor of personnel capability had the strongest correlation with safety management. This was followed by factors of coordination and cooperation, safety and hygiene systems, and law enforcement and penalties, respectively. These factors were found to have a statistically significant relationship with the safety management of tourists visiting the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in Ratchaburi Province at the 0.05 level.

Nongluk LukanatinakornSurat BoonthrongUthai Krawglom
