The sample group used in this study was customers who used services of fi tness centers at Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality. The questionnaires were used as the data collection tool and the statistics for analyzing data were descriptive statistic; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistic by using the multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The study revealed that the mixed market in aspect of service process, personal, physical description, and channel of distribution aff ected had their eff ects to services of fi tness centers in Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality at signifi cant level 0.01 whereas in aspect of product, price and promotion had no eff ect to decision making process of fi tness centers at Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality and the marketing mix could predict decision making process of fi tness centers at 63.10%.</p> ER -
