QUALITY CONTROL THAILAND EDUCATION BY A COMPREHENSIVE LEARNING RESOURCES CENTER

Abstract

                Thailand is a country with a relatively low quality of education and the problem is still remains unsolved. As for an exam, an assessment exam called O-NET is used as an indicator to determine the quality. In order to meet the standard by O-NET assessment, many schools offer tutorials sessions to prepare students before the exam. However, there are schools that lack of resources and personnel would not have an opportunity to have tutorial session for their students therefore it becomes a disadvantage for them. If there are online learning resources available and accessible for students, it could be beneficial for students, teachers, and others who is interesting in learning. Everybody can use online resources to and learn it at your own pace. In addition, it helps to solving the problem of education inequality and promotes self-directed learning which is an essential skill in 21st Century learner.
