OBLIGATIONS UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW ON HUMAN RIGHTS

Violation of human rights is a problem that affects society and the international community all along. Treaties on Human Rights, which the United Nations has made in order to be binding by law to protect human rights. Ratification of the treaty causing the obligation to comply with the treaty. Otherwise, country may be liable for the international. So when Thailand became a party to Treaties on Human Rights. Thailand must comply with their obligations under the treaty. The purpose of this research is to know that Thailand had signed and ratification of the legal rights of any and causing the obligation to comply with the treaty.
The recommendation of this research is to examine Thai Acts on the potential and effectiveness of the human rights provision. The provision of the Acts that protecting human right should be reviewed to support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Law of Human Right in an effective manner.
