A DEVELOP OF ONLINE SEMINAR/TRAINING FILING A PETITION SYSTEMS FOR SRIPATUM UNIVERSITY-CHONBURI CAMPUS

Abstract

             This research aimed at a develop of Online Training/Seminar Filing a Petition Systems for Sripatum University-Chonburi Campus. Covering eight document work components, Department Head/Program Director approval; Reduce seminar/training budget information, Time recording of the seminar/training, Sending out the seminar/training summary report, Filling out system users satisfaction form, Results from system users satisfaction form outcomes of system, Users satisfaction seminar/training summary report and training/seminar filing a petition systems. This system enabled the staff and administrators from anywhere and at any time. The system was developed following to SDLC (system development life cycle) run on MySQL database system using PHP and JavaScript as programming languages and tested by three specialists and 124 general end-users. The data, collected by the questionnaire, were statistically analyzed by the mean and standard deviation. It was found that the mean and standard deviation from the specialists were at 4.29 and 0.59, respectively, while those from the end-users were at 4.35 and 0.61, respectively.  The results showed that this training/seminar filing a petition system had good quality and could be effectively used in real work.
