THE DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL INNOVATION FOR SMART PATIENT SCREENING PLATFORM (SMART EASY OPD/IPD)

Abstract

                The objectives of this research are to develop medical innovation for smart patient screening platform (Smart Easy OPD/IPD); to determine the effectiveness of medical innovation for automatic patient screening by comparing with ISONORM 9241/110 and to study users’ satisfaction of innovative medical platform for automatic patient screening. The subjects of this study were divided into two main groups by using proposed sampling. The first group consisted of 30 medical personnel and the second group was 100 patients participated in this study. The action research’s instrument were interview, questionnaire and an innovative medical platform for automated patient screening. The data was collected by the means of interview, questionnaire and participatory and non-participatory observation. The data was analyzed by using frequency, mean and standard deviation. The results show that: 1) Medical innovation platform for automated patient screening has been qualitatively developed and met the standard of ISONORM 9241/110 in good level and the result of the analysis of user’s satisfaction with the system is in the excellent level. It’s concluded that the automatic patient screening platform (Smart Easy OPD/IPD) is effective and suitable for further use in healthcare services in the future.
