A DEVELOP OF ONLINE THE INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEMS FOR SRIPATUM UNIVERSITY-CHONBURI CAMPUS

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to develop an online internal quality assurance system for Sripatum University-Chonburi Campus (IQA system) and to evaluation an online internal quality assurance system for Sripatum University-Chonburi Campus (IQA system). As a result, the IQA is convenient and fast. Faculties and universities were knowing the progress of internal quality assurance in real-time, covering 6 components: 1) Standard Governance, 2) Graduates, 3) Students, 4) Instructors, 5) Teaching and Learning Curriculum, and 6) Learning Environment. Follow the criteria of internal quality assurance and were shown a good level of assurance. The research instruments were the questionnaires. Analyze the quantitative data by using the statistical program as mean and standard deviation. The qualitative methods used content analysis. The samples of the research comprised of 3 experts and 49 general users. The results of this research found that: the result of the satisfaction of experts towards IQA system was a good level ( = 4.14,  = 0.57) and the result of the satisfaction of general users towards IQA system was a good level ( = 4.25,  = 0.62). This can be concluded that the developed system can be utilized for internal quality assurance in overall was a high quality of principles and activity processes.  Including data storage function properly under the conditions imposed by Office of the Higher Education Commission, BC. 2557.
