The research involved a population of 400 SMEs selected using a stratified random sampling method, organized by region. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument, which demonstrated an overall reliability of 0.84. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, along with multiple regression analysis using the Enter method. The findings revealed that Big Data, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), and Interoperability significantly and positively influenced business performance. Conversely, the Internet of Things (IoT) did not show a significant impact. This lack of significance may be attributed to factors such as inadequate infrastructure, fragmented data, security challenges, complex integration with existing systems, and unclear returns on investment. As a result, IoT is unable to create added value to the same extent as Big Data, CPS, and Interoperability, which play crucial roles in data analysis and improving work efficiency. The study indicates that entrepreneurs should appropriately allocate resources to enhance the technological infrastructure within their organizations. This adjustment will enable them to develop effective policies and strategies aimed at advancing human resources and improving their ability to adopt new technologies.
Sasithon Imwut, Thanapin Attarit Copyright (c) 2026 Thai Journal Citation Index Center https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/278673 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 The Participatory Local Curriculum Development on Crab Bank in the Southern Border Provinces https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/278808
This study prioritized the development of the local curriculum on the Crab Bank under the research project on participatory management of the crab bank to restore blue swimming crab resources, add more crabs' value, and develop a local curriculum for schools in the southern border provinces of Thailand that recognized the importance of local curriculum and the cost of knowledge about the crab bank to the communities and schools, leading to the development of local curriculum for primary schools in the 3 southern border provinces. Use of state power during the emergency situation of the COVID-19 outbreak constitutes the Prime Minister's special exercise of authority in a centralized manner to safeguard national security within under two legal frameworks. It specifies the establishment of a COVID-19 pandemic response center as a specialized operational unit with commanding authority at various levels nationwide. In addition, the nature of exercising the rights and freedoms of the people of Songkhla province during the emergency situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The nature of the exercise of freedom is under the framework of 4 main directives from the central authorities. This has led to distinct variations in how movement rights are exercised among the residents of Songkhla province across different professions or sectors. This study points out the centralized administration during emergencies can lead to unequal access to movement rights among the public. To address potential issues in emergency situations, central government mechanisms should support and empower regional and local administrations. By delegating authority, local governments can make decisions that align with local realities, thereby minimizing the impact on the civil liberties of the population.

Keywords: Rights to Movement, Outbreak of COVID-19 disease, State power
varunada vongrot, Chaiwat Yotee Copyright (c) 2026 Thai Journal Citation Index Center https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/279621 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 The perceptions, attitudes, and satisfaction of Time of Use Tariff (TOU) electricity users in Mueang Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Pathom Province https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/279610
This research compares the perception, attitude, and satisfaction of the Time of Use Tariff (TOU) electricity users with different demographic and economic characteristics. The questionnaire was distributed to 200 TOU electricity users and used descriptive statistics, the Mann-Whitney U Test, and the Kruskal-Wallis H Test to compare the mean rank of the perception, attitude, and satisfaction of TOU electricity users. The results reveal that the perception, attitude, and satisfaction of TOU electricity users differed significantly by gender, education level, income, and purpose of electricity usage. Females were less perceived in public relations than males. Meanwhile, the group with high school education had the lowest attitude towards TOU electricity usage. In addition, the group with high income had a positive attitude towards TOU electricity usage, which can help reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the energy sector. The group with general residential electricity usage purposes had the least perception of information from public relations from the Provincial Electricity Authority. Therefore, relevant agencies should support information about TOU electricity usage through online media, especially female electricity users, high school graduates, low-income groups, and those who use electricity in their homes to increase perception and attitudes towards alternative electricity usage to increase decision-making and satisfaction levels in using TOU electricity to support fair and sustainable energy access in the future.
Preeyaporn Muenratch, Wasurat Kaewjaranai Copyright (c) 2026 Thai Journal Citation Index Center https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/279610 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Model of Development Service Quality to Create Added Value for Dusit Serve Coffee Shop, Suan Dusit University Trang Campus https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/279897
This research aimed to 1) Study the service quality to create added value for Dusit Serve coffee shop, 2) Create a service quality development model to create added value for Dusit Serve coffee shop, and 3) Evaluate the service quality development model to add value for Dusit Serve coffee shop. The study analyzes three key Buddhist philosophical principles, namely the Threefold Training (Trisikkha), Spiritual Friendship (Kalyanamitta), and Systematic Reflection (Yonisomanasikara), for application in designing blended online and offline learning. The analysis reveals that these three Buddhist principles can be systematically integrated into instructional models in the digital age. Specifically, the Threefold Training develops ethical behavior, concentration, and wisdom in technology use; Spiritual Friendship builds quality relationships among teachers, students, and parents; and Systematic Reflection strengthens critical thinking skills and media literacy. Accordingly, this article proposes the Buddhist-Integrated Blended Learning Model, which comprises four components: balanced learning spaces, Trisikkha-integrated learning processes, Kalyanamitta learning communities, and holistic developmental assessment. Furthermore, the proposed framework requires consideration of four key factors: children’s age-appropriate development, active participation from teachers and parents, integration of virtual and real-world experiences, and the creation of a learning environment that promotes intellectual growth
Bunyat Anonjarn, Nantawat Namwongsai Copyright (c) 2026 Thai Journal Citation Index Center https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/SocialJournal2rmutto/article/view/283101 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700
