Motivation Affecting the Performance of Subdistrict Officers, Akat Amnuai District, Sakon Nakhon Province

Abstract

The research purposes were to study and to compare the motivation affecting the performance of subdistrict officers, Akat Amnuai District, Sakon Nakhon Province classified by the personal factors. The population was the subdistrict officers worked at Subdistrict Administrative Organizations of Akat Amnuai District, Sakon Nakhon Province; the sample group was the 101 officers. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples), one - way ANOVA, and test for pairwise differences by Scheffe’s method.

          The research findings were:  

1. The subdistrict officers, Akat Amnuai District, Sakon Nakhon Province had the opinions on the motivation affecting the performance found the overall was at a high level, the descending mean were: the life success aspect, the work success aspect, the responsibility aspect, the respect aspect, the security and safety aspect, the praise and acceptance aspect, and the positions advancement aspect, respectively.
2. The subdistrict officers, Akat Amnuai District, Sakon Nakhon Province with different gender, age, and work experience had the opinions on the motivation affecting the performance did not different.
