People's Opinions on the Civil Registration Section Service of Wang Saphung District Administration Office, Loei Province

Abstract

The research purposes were to study and to compare the people's opinions on the Civil Registration Section service of Wang Saphung District Administration Office, Loei Province classified by the personal factors. The target population was the people who came to use the Civil Registration Section service of the Wang Saphung District Administration Office, Loei Province from January 1, 2023 to February 20, 2023; the sample group was the 384 people. The research instrument was the estimate rating scale questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation,       t-test (Independent samples), F-test (one-way ANOVA) and pairwise difference test by Scheffe's method.

The research findings were:            

1. The people who came to use the Civil Registration Section service of the Wang Saphung District Administration Office, Loei Province had the overall opinions on the servicing was at high level; the descending mean were the fast service aspect, the equal service aspect, the progressive service aspect, the sufficient service aspect, and the continuous service aspect, respectively.

          2. The people who received the service with different gender, age, education levels and occupations found the opinions on the Civil Registration Section service of the Wang Saphung District Administration Office, Loei Province did not difference.
