The Discourse of Local Identity in Lanna Folktales

This research is study the discourse of local identity in Lanna Folktales. This is Qualitative research aiming to study 410 0f Lanna Folktales by collecting data from Social research institute Chiang Mai University and analyze the information based on the concept of discourse by Michael Foucault's and the concept of identity in a descriptive way.

The results of this research found that there is a discourse on local Lanna identities consisting of 9 identities 1) cultural and tradition identities Lanna people have faith and adhere to Buddhism by adhering to principles and teachings of philosophy entrenched mind and guide for life. 2) Language identity is used in naming, using a name prefix by use of words that have the same meaning as the central Thai language, but pronounce them differently. 3) Character identity, it is notable for its generosity generous respect and obey the elders also entrusted with gambling. 4) The identity of Lanna women plays a role as a "wife", responsible for all household tasks, while inevitably falling under the authority of men. 5)Occupational identity, the main occupation is agriculture because most of the area is mountainous. 6) Place identities will create habitats along the flatlands between the valleys because there is abundance of natural resources, so their life is connected to nature. 7) Food Identity There is a simple cooking process using various ingredients in their own community or locality. 8) Dressing identity; woven fabric dressing are their main clothes that are used in their daily life. And 9) belief identity, there is a Buddhist belief as the main religion. In addition, there are various ghosts that have mysterious powers over normal humans also law of karma, merit story, superstitions, witchcraft, magic and astrology.

Investigating the Factors Affecting to the Restaurant Reservations System Using by Intention of the Northern Taiwan Students

During the COVID-19 pandemic, several eateries around the globe ceased operations. The eateries must use every possible measure to survive in this predicament. In order to augment the quantity of online reservations for each restaurant, the firms must use several techniques. Restaurants may now efficiently handle their reservations and table seating during service by using online reservation tools to create a customized table arrangement specific to their location. This study aims to identify the elements that influence the reservation systems of restaurants by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The ultimate result of the decision-making process is the creation of a reservation. Understanding the thought process of visitors prior to making a purchase is crucial for fully grasping the effectiveness of an online reservation system in reaching that desired outcome. This study evaluates the system's effectiveness for all consumers by analyzing buying decisions in other industries and their application to the restaurant sector.

Service Marketing Mix, Service Quality and Experiential Marketing Affecting Restaurant Attitude Loyalty of Generation Y Consumers in Yantai, Shandong Province, People's Republic of China.

This study aims to investigate the importance of service marketing mix, service quality, experiential marketing and attitudinal loyalty of generation Y consumers in Yantai, Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China is also studied and to study the effect of the service marketing mix, service quality and experiential marketing toward the attitudinal loyalty of generation Y consumers in Yantai, Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China are documented. The sample used in this study is generation Y Chinese consumers in Yantai, Shandong Province, China. 385 people were given a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed by both descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation, and inferential statistic were used multiple regression to analyze with Enter selection.

It was found that consumers pay high attention to all factors, which are service quality, experiential marketing and service marketing mix. The last factor is attitudinal loyalty. The results of the hypothesis testing found that the service quality factor has the greatest impact on attitudinal loyalty. The second is service marketing mix, with a statistical significance of 0.001. Experiential marketing affects attitude loyalty with a statistical significance of 0.05. The results of this study show that business operators should consider the quality of service and formulate development guidelines to satisfy consumers' needs and improve services by using service marketing mix. Promoting experiential marketing to create consumers sincere attitudinal loyalty will directly contributes to business success.

Modeling to Reduce Transportation Costs by Linear Programming: A Case Study of the InnoFarm Biotech Company Limited

This research applied the linear programming model to analyze the allocation of organic fertilizer transport by InnoFarm Biotech Company Limited from the warehouses in three provinces, including Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat, to seven distribution points, with the goal to minimize total transportation costs. The secondary data from relevant sources was employed while the problem was analyzed using the Solver function in Microsoft Excel. The results of this study informed a more efficient shipping allocation which is outlined as followed. Firstly, from the warehouse in Chanthaburi, the Company should ship 2,100 sacks of organic fertilizer to distribution point number 1, and 1,200 sacks to distribution point number 2. Then, from the warehouse in Rayong, 1,100 sacks of organic fertilizer must be shipped to the distribution point number 3 while the other 1,000 sacks, and 900 sacks, must be sent to distribution point number 4, and 5, respectively. Finally, from the warehouse in Trat, the shipment of 400 sacks, 800 sacks, and 600 sacks of organic fertilizer, must be allocated to the distribution point number 3, 6, and 7, respectively. The revised allocation strategy allowed all distribution locations to have the amount of products at their maximum capacity and also assisted the Company in reducing the transportation cost to 50,067 Thai Baht per week. According to the research, current operations does not employ any calculation tool in allocating the shipment of organic fertilizer. In fact, the Company mostly relies on existing experience and tend to transport products to distribution points located in the same province at once in order to minimize travel distance and costs. However, such technique is perceived as inefficient transportation route management and costs 56,317 Thai Baht per week. In conclusion, the shipment allocation strategy developed from the findings of this research allows the InnoFarm Biotech Company Limited to reduce overall transportation costs by 6,250 Thai Baht (11 percent) per week, while also assists in the planning of organic fertilizer transport from warehouses to distribution points to be more appropriately and more efficient.

Board Composition and Sustainability Disclosures : The Empirical Evidence from Listed Firms in The Market for Alternative Investment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between board composition and sustainability disclosures of firms listed on The Market for Alternative Investment, Thailand by using 274 observations of firms listed on The Market for Alternative Investment during 2020-2021. Using multiple regression analysis, this study finds that the chairman independence is positively associated to firms’ sustainability disclosures. Moreover, firms’ corporate governance which is control variable in this study is positively associated to firms’ sustainability disclosures. These results imply that board independence is positively associated with firms’ sustainability disclosures of firms listed on The Market for Alternative Investment, Thailand.

Internal control system and Risk Management on Performance Efficiency of Finance and Accounting Staff at the Office of Court of Justice

This research aims to study the Internal control system and risk management on performance efficiency of finance and accounting Staff at the Office of Court of Justice. The questionnaire was administered to collect data from 276 staff at the Office of Court of Justice. Descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, correlative coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis.

The major findings are as follows: 1) internal control system in the aspects of environment, activities, monitor and evaluation; risk management on regulatory compliance, and on finance had positive effects on punctual work completion of the staff at the Office of Court of Justice. 2) Internal control system in the aspects of activities, monitor and evaluation; and risk management on finance had positive effects on staff’s performance efficiency regarding work correctness and accuracy. 3) Internal control system in the aspects of environment, activities; risk management on regulatory compliance, finance, and technology had positive effects on staff’s performance efficiency regarding verification ability

Population is community tourism entrepreneurs. On route 106, the samples in this study were Ban Pa Puey Community, Ban Hong subdistrict, Lamphun Province. Community innovators considered from the new generation involved in tourism in the community of Ban Pa Puey, Ban Pa Puey community tourism enterprise committee, Ban Hong subdistrict, Lamphun Province. By creating a learning platform to enhance learning on community tourism management It is a tool for creating community innovators. Through the knowledge repository system, VR library and CBT simulation games.

The results showed that development and promotion of learning of community innovators to drive community tourism community-based tourism management, There must be a management system and rules that belong to the community itself can be linked to other developments as for the learning style through the gamification of 12 community innovators from the knowledge library, VR library and CBT simulation games to provide insights into virtual tourism management. Before the development of skills for the innovators, the evaluation results of the quality of technology and virtual innovations in the learning of community innovators were at a high level. (total average 3.78)

Effects of Burnout Syndrome to Retirement Financial Planning.

This independent study aims to study the effects of financial literacy skills and burnout syndrome on retirement financial planning, including comparing financial planning to support retirement using a sample of Government Savings Bank employees who work in branches and central affairs. The primary data obtained from 400 sets of questionnaires and descriptive data analyses statistics were used in percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The inferential statistics were analyzed by multiple regression analysis

The results showed that the two samples groups with different demographic factors have different levels of financial planning for retirement and have enough savings to make a living without a primary income, since an allocation of savings each month partly, including paying contributions to the provident fund for enhancing financial wealth in the future. Most of them have the intention of saving money for retirement, which the Government Savings Bank has a policy to promote various forms of savings. As a result, the sample group had good financial planning and decided to retire before the age of 60 years old. Financial literacy skills had a positive relationship in the same direction as financial planning to support retirement because the sample group had a high level of financial literacy skills. Meanwhile, we also need to learn new things as financial advisors to improve our knowledge and enhance our expertise in line with the Bank's operations. The burnout syndrome is related to financial planning to support retirement and most of the sample groups worked hard beyond their responsibilities. If there is a high burnout condition it will lead to financial planning and preparing for faster retirement.

Factors Affecting the Quality of Financial Statements from the Perspective of Accountants of the Listed Companies

The results of the research showed that: 1) Factors of accountants, professional skills, awareness of professional ethics, 2) Factors of digital technology, accounting software, and information technology, 3) Factors of auditing, knowledge, competence, professional skills 4) Factors of internal control, risk management, organizational structure are factors that positively affect the quality of financial statements.

The result has been shown about 5 desired characteristics that all aspects of the desired characteristics were in the highest level ( = 4.26). When we considered in each aspect separately, it was found that the moral, ethics and attitude aspect to the profession was in the highest level ( = 4.54) while the others are the interpersonal relations and responsibilities ( = 4.41), the intellectual and analytical skill ( = 4.21). The Impact of Website Quality on Perceived Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk Effect to Purchasing Cosmetic Online Among Young Adults

This research aims to examine the impact of website quality on perceived trust, perceived usefulness, perceived risk effect to purchasing cosmetic online among young adults. This study was conducted from a sample group of 400 responses who used to buy cosmetics online in Chiang Mai, aged between 18-35 years old. Data were collected using both online questionnaires and documents then tested the reliability of each variable with coefficient alpha. The results were analyzed with descriptive statistics, multiple regression and Process Macro were used to analyze parallel Mediator. The results showed that the website quality factor was a significant factor that positively influenced the perceived usefulness, followed by the perceived trust. It shows that young adults’ intent to use websites which are good quality and relate to their purchasing and the mediation test also confirmed that the quality website is an intermediate the relationship between website quality and online cosmetic purchase intention. Therefore, online cosmetic retailers and website developers should consider the quality of the website to have a fast response system, accurate information, clear images, and videos convenient and safe for users Including a simple warranty system and satisfying compensation according to customer requirements.

The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and Teacher Organization Commitment in Affiliated Saint Maria School.

The purpose of this research were 1) to study the transformational leadership level of school administrators in affiliated of Saint Maria School 2) to study a teacher organization commitment level in affiliated Saint Maria School 3) to study the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teacher organization commitment in affiliated Saint Maria School. The sample selected by a purposive sampling technique, includes 127 school administrators and teacher in affiliated Saint Maria School who has work experience of more than 1 year. The research instruments were General information, transformational leadership of school administrator questionnaire and a teacher organizational commitment questionnaire. Data were analyzed by statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient

The results of the study were as follows: 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators was overall at a high level. (= 4.47, SD. = .733) 2) teacher organizational commitment was overall at the highest level ( = 4.65, SD. = .557) 3) The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teacher organization commitment in affiliated Saint Maria School were positively correlated at a high level, having a significantly significant level (r = .816, p < .001)

Competency Developing of Community Innovators in Promoting The Elderly’s Potential to Raising Income for Support the Aging Society

The purpose of this research was to develop the competencies of community innovators in enhancing the potential management of the elderly occupational groups in the community to raising income for support the aging society. This research is a mixed method research, starting with qualitative research to build the capacity of innovators, and assess the innovators' competencies by using quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 30 community innovators who is responsible for the elderly in 7 target areas in Phrae and Nan province. It was obtained by purposive sampling. The research tool was the innovation process of the elderly’s competency development, PGCPM, and the competency assessment form of community innovators. The qualitative data were analyzed using theoretical and quantitative event analysis principles, using a packaged program to find percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that 50 percent of community innovators had competency in level 3 which was the ability to solve community problems with appropriate technology and innovation, followed by 36.66 percent of community innovators who had competency in level 4 which was the ability to use technology or innovation to solve problems and develop communities, summarize lessons or make useful findings and to be able to transfer knowledge to expand the results of lessons or findings. And 13.33 percent of community innovators had competency in level 5 which was the ability to prepare a community plan integrated into the government policy plan to achieve continuous area development. In developing innovators with knowledge, competency and skills in driving the system to support the aging society in economic development of the elderly is a model for applying knowledge into practice.
