Consequently, the development of pre-service teachers for the 21st century, as future drivers of education, is of paramount importance. The teaching model, which serves as a mechanism for achieving learning outcomes, integrates three instructional techniques and methods: 1) the 5P technique, 2) play-based learning, and 3) research methodology and project-based approaches. These components converge to form the BOAT Model, which comprises four key elements: laying the Basic of Thought, cultivating an Open Mind, demonstrating behavior leading to the Achievement of Goals, and Overcoming Threats from both internal and external factors. This comprehensive approach equips pre-service teachers with the knowledge, skills, and characteristics of 21st century learners, enabling them to effectively nurture and develop their future students.</p> Karantharak Vitaya-apibalkul Copyright (c) 2025 มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/275846 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 - https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/285932 Ketkanok Urwonge Copyright (c) 2025 มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/285932 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 - https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/285934 Ketkanok Urwonge Copyright (c) 2025 มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/285934 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 - https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/285935 Ketkanok Urwonge Copyright (c) 2025 มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/285935 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Development of Curriculum based on Community Economic Using Participatory Action Research for Enhancing Core Competency, Life Skill and Career, and Learning Retention of Lower Secondary Students https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/article/view/280098 <p>This research aimed to 1) evaluate need assessment and develop curriculum development guideline 2) develop curriculum based on community economic using participatory action research for enhancing core competency, life skill and career, and Learning retention 3) study curriculum implementation results and 4) evaluate developed curriculum.
