The quality assurance according to standard criteria assessment of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University by using Delphi techniques

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the assessment indicators of educational quality standards of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University using the Delphi technique and 2) to use the research findings for decision-making concerning the policies, programs, projects, and success indicators for Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. The research and the development collected and studied the opinions of the experts on the indicators and educational quality standards of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. The characteristics of the experts, the selection of the experts, the determination of questionnaires and the opinions of the experts were determined 3 times and the data were statistically analyzed and then used to test and assess personnel satisfaction with the developed indicators and educational standards. The results showed that: 1) the educational quality standards developed by Phetchaburi Rajabhat University consisted of 5 standard levels, 19 indicators for the faculties and 5 standard levels, 23 indicators for the university; 2) overall, the satisfaction with the indicators and the educational standards that were developed at the faculty level was at a high level (mean 4.31); and 3) the satisfaction with the indicators and the educational standards developed at the university level was also at a high level (mean 4.04).
