If we consider the theory of job satisfaction, it will be found that the level of satisfaction of the workers depends on how much their needs are met. If they are met a lot, they will be more determined to work. If they are met a little, their determination to work will be less.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Review https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hspbruacthjournal/article/view/281932The effect of using of a school participatory learning management model to promote online learning management competency of Pre-teachers of Faculty of Education Silpakorn University2025-06-30T14:04:21+07:00Chanasith Sithsungnoensithchon@hotmail.com
This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of a participatory learning management model implemented in schools to enhance the online learning management competencies of student teachers. This study was based on qualitative research guidelines in terms of participatory action research between the researchers as supervisors, school administrators, mentor teachers, student teachers, and students. The target group was 14 Thai language student teachers who were 4th-year students of the Thai Language Department, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. Instruments used in this study were individual and focus group interviews, including document analysis and participatory observation. The research results revealed that the supervision model integrating the concepts of Kalyanamitta and Dialogue for Thai language student teachers in academic year 2023 had 2 periods, totaling 6 steps. For guidelines on organizing Thai language learning for student teachers, there were two approaches. The first approach was organizing learning in the Thai language subject, and the second was organizing learning to develop analytical reading and interpreting skills. This form of supervision promoted students’ confidence in teaching the Thai language subject effectively.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Review https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hspbruacthjournal/article/view/281936Model of public participation in coastal waste management in Phetchaburi province2025-06-30T14:55:03+07:00Yuphin IntharakYuphin.int@mail.pbru.ac.thKittinun BoonrodYuphin.int@mail.pbru.ac.th
This research aimed to 1) study the behavior and participation of people in coastal waste management in Phetchaburi Province, 2) study the relationship between behavior and participation of the people in coastal waste management in Phetchaburi Province, and 3) create a model for public participation in coastal waste management in Phetchaburi Province. The first phase involved quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) while the second phase utilized qualitative methods through the Delphi process. The quantitative sample consisted of 100 rice farmer group members and the qualitative sample included 15 experts. The findings revealed that community capital had a moderate influence on the collaborative networking process while external support showed a low level of influence. The collaborative networking process had a highly significant impact on strengthening the collaborative network for high-value agriculture. The developed model consists of three main components: community capital external support and collaborative networking process.
