Data was collected by questionnaire with reliability of 0.816. The data were analyzed using technical analysis by Amos data processing program software, using Structural Equation Model (SEM).</p> <p>The results of the research showed that (1) all indices passed standards consisting of <em>p</em>-value = 0.295, CFI = 0.995, GFI = 0.976, AGFI = 0.958, RMSEA = 0.019, RMR = 0.022. It can be concluded that the results of this analysis are consistent with the empirical data.
