The consumer behavior model after the epidemic of COVID-19 and the changing patterns of transportation and logistics were presented. The paper aimed to discuss the causes of change of transportation and logistics systems in online business, car selling business and future air ticketing business in Thailand, and to study the effects of COVID-19 pandemic toward.<br>The objective is to study the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic situation. Continue online business, retail business and restaurant business. Also, trends of change in transportation and logistics services were discussed. The study was a qualitative research, which data were collected from online business groups, retail business and restaurant business. The information included comments and suggestions of target business groups. The data were analyzed and presented in the form of case study. The findings showed that the change of customers’ buying behavior around the world including Thailand will affect country’s manufacturing and services, and the transportation and logistics industry. According to current customers’ buying behaviors, it is needed to change direction in operations to respond to customer’s needs. In addition, the paper suggested guidelines for adaptation, policies and practices which the government agencies can use as a guideline in planning and decision-making for future development of the country's transportation and logistics systems.</p> ER -
