The population was aged 20 years and above, living in Yala Province. The sample group consisted of 400. The research tools in use were questionnaires and interviews, the statistics used consisting of the mean, standard deviation, the inferential statistics included correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research found that 1. The overall quality of life of people regarding medicine and public health was at the high level. In considering each aspect from the highest to the lowest level they were; Service process and process; Travel expenses; Facility; Understanding the rights; The distance from home to the service place; Service channel ; and the Service personnel, respectively. 2. The study of the factors affecting the quality of life of the people, all aspects as a whole was at high level. When considering in descending order, it was found that the social relations was at a high level; Moral, Economic and Environmental were at a high level; Mental health and finally, The sanitation. The hypothesis test resulted in the Quality of life of people regarding medicine and public health in total reached 79.2 percent&nbsp; (R<sup>2</sup> = .79)</p> ER -
