This includes examining curricula and related documents, understanding the students, and analyzing various aspects of student data. It further involves developing lesson plans, expanding details into practical applications, organizing teaching and learning activities, and assessing and evaluating learning outcomes. The study is based on documentary research, with the collected data summarized and analyzed. This study finds that educational institutions, there should be appropriate measures to effectively incorporate Thai wisdom into teaching and learning. The implementation approach includes thoroughly studying the curriculum and its accompanying documents, as well as conducting curriculum analysis meetings. The goal is to clarify the curriculum’s objectives and the content of each course and to develop suitable lesson plans. Teachers must transform the curriculum into teaching, getting to know the students and analyzing their various characteristics, such as knowledge, abilities, and challenges, to find ways to develop both the class as a whole and individual student. Lesson planning involves expanding the curriculum details into practice by clearly defining activities and timelines, ensuring they can be implemented effectively. Lesson planning is carried out on a per-subject or per-class basis. Teachers need to create a learning approach that focuses on student-centered learning, encourages the expression of opinions, and emphasizes analytical thinking. Lastly, the assessment of learning outcomes should be broad and employ multiple methods, allowing for accurate evaluation. Teachers must ensure that the set objectives result in students achieving learning outcomes in three domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

ผศ.ดร.ศรัณยพงศ์ โชติวรรณ์ Copyright (c) 2024 ผศ.ดร.ศรัณยพงศ์ โชติวรรณ์ https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ptujournal/article/view/274834 Sat, 21 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 DEVELOPMENT A PROTOTYPE OF MOLDING EQUIPMENT FOR FORMING PRODUCING INSTANT KHAO YAKU BASED ON LOCAL CUTURAL FOOD https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ptujournal/article/view/273747

The objective of this research is to develop a prototype molding equipment to be used as a mold for producing ready-made yaku rice based on the wisdom of using local tools. By studying information on the design of prototype structures, forming equipment and molds for forming yaku rice. By applying the community's wisdom about making food molds together with mechanical technology. The machine consists of 3 components: 1) a supporting structure for the mold set for forming yaku rice, 2) the mold set has 2 parts: the lower mold set and the upper mold set. There are 20 rectangular shaped compartments for packing yaku rice, 3) a Heating using a heater with an electrical power of 1,000 watts using Alternating current (AC). The testing method to determine suitable conditions for forming yaku rice. Put 1 kilogram of yaku rice into a mold and then cook. extrusion press At 4 temperature conditions of 150, 160, 170 and 180 degrees Celsius. the holding times are set at 3, 5 and 7 minutes.

The test found that the most suitable temperature for forming yaku rice is 180 degrees Celsius, the most suitable and acceptable hold time is 7 minutes. The yaku rice pellets have the greatest swelling at the thickness level. 18.72 millimeters and the moisture percentage is at the level of 8 %. The yaku rice pellets will have the appearance of yellow rice and the swelling rate is at the highest level. The machine could produce 171 pieces per hour. Engineering economic analysis of prototype molding equipment and molds for forming yaku rice. There is a break-even point of 1,048.49 pieces per year, with a payback period of 0.14 years or 52 days. Results of the satisfaction assessment with a prototype of forming equipment and molds for forming yaku rice. The overall average score of 4.29, indicating a high level of satisfaction.

Laddawan Champa Copyright (c) 2024 Laddawan Champa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ptujournal/article/view/273747 Sat, 21 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A TEACHING KIT ON HOW TO USE BASIC MEASURING INSTRUMENTS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY A CASE STUDY OF JIG PRACTICE INSPECTION OF AUTO PARTS MEASUREMENT FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ptujournal/article/view/274579
The objectives of this research were 1) to determine the effectiveness of the teaching series on how to use basic measuring tools in the automotive industry, 2) to evaluate the quality of the teaching series, and 3) to compare the academic achievement of the learners. The samples used in the research were undergraduate students from the Faculty of Industrial Education, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Bangkok, who registered for the course of Quality Control Year 2/2023, with a total of 30 people using a purposive sampling method. The tools used for the research include a series of lessons on how to use basic measuring instruments in the automotive industry. Formative and summative assessments, evaluation forms for the quality of the teaching set. The statistics used for data analysis include the mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research showed that 1) Experts' evaluation of the teaching set's quality for using basic instruments for measuring in the automotive industry shows that the real media's quality, the simulation media's quality, and the usability of each is very good. 2) Results in the teaching set's efficiency the values, when applied to the group of learners, equal 90.65/93.01, higher than the required criteria of 80/80. and 3) With the research hypothesis, students' academic achievement was significantly higher after studying than it was before studying at the .01 level.
Natthakit Ritthong Copyright (c) 2024 ณัฏฐกิตติ์ ฤทธิ์ทอง https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ptujournal/article/view/274579 Sat, 21 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 DEVELOPMENT OF AUGMENTED REALITY MEDIA FOR THE CREATIVE-GRAPHIC DESIGN-TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ptujournal/article/view/274616
The objectives of this research were to: 1) development of Augmented Reality Media for the creative-Graphic design-technology in the subject of Graphic Design Technology, 2) study the learning achievement of learners with augmented reality media in the subject of Graphic Design Technology in the subject of Graphic Design Technology, and 3) study the satisfaction of students who study with augmented reality media in Graphic Creation Technology subject.
