The article employs a qualitative analysis, utilizing Raymond Williams' framework of the Structure of Feeling to explain political emotion as an uncodified cultural structure. It also draws on Sara Ahmed's "Politics of Emotion," which views emotion as a mechanism of power mobilized through discourse, and James Jasper's framework on emotional mechanisms in social movements, which identifies emotion as a key driver for mobilization and political resistance. Preliminary findings indicate that emotions such as anger, fear, and hope are not merely individual reactions but are constructed and transmitted as a structure of feeling that guides political action, leading to violence or peaceful resistance. Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of communicative management to shift the structure of feeling that underlies political violence.
2025-12-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP Research Journal Humanities and Social Sciences https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rmutphuso/article/view/277996 The Development of a Digital Content Set on an Online Platform to Promote Halal Restaurants in the Vicinity of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi 2025-03-11T11:27:41+07:00 Pornpapatsorn Princhankol pornpapatsorn.pri@kmutt.ac.th Kuntida Thamwipat kuntida.tha@kmutt.ac.th Janjira Rueangprat janjira.rue@kmutt.ac.th Piyatida Milintagad piyatida.mil@kmutt.ac.th Pooncharat Munarjharn pooncharat.mun@kmutt.ac.th
This study aimed to 1) develop a digital content set on an online platform to promote halal restaurants in the vicinity of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), 2) evaluate the content and media presentaion quality, 3) assess the perception of the target audience, and 4) measure their satisfaction. The informants were selected purposively and consisted of 3 school administrators, 3 lead teachers or model teachers, and 3 students. The research instruments used were three semi-structured interview guides. The researcher collected all data personally, and the data were analyzed using content analysis. The research findings revealed that the current conditions emphasized the development of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the use of technology. Activities were connected to real-life situations, such as project-based learning and community work, while digital tools like Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams were used to support learning without time limitations. Additionally, assessment methods included portfolios and authentic assessments. However, the problems identified were that teachers lacked modern knowledge, course descriptions were outdated, and limited budgets resulted in obsolete learning materials. Furthermore, assessment methods focused more on theoretical knowledge than real-life skills. To address these issues, the essential needs included the development of course descriptions and structures, particularly integrating modern entrepreneurship courses. Teachers required supervision and manuals to support activities such as the use of AI and project-based learning. There was also a need for the development of digital media and assessment tools, such as project-based evaluations linked to the credit bank system.
2025-12-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP Research Journal Humanities and Social Sciences https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rmutphuso/article/view/283103 The Instruction by Research-Based Learning (RBl) on Design and Development for Learning Innovation Course in Bachelor of Arts Program in Library and Digital Media Management, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University 2025-10-08T16:27:46+07:00 Sarawut Duangbao daniel852_5@hotmail.com
This research aimed to; 1) design instructional approaches using research-based learning to develop learning media and innovations, 2) study students’ learning outcomes, (3) analyze factors affecting the success of educational project development, and (4) evaluate students’ satisfaction in the course Design and Development of Learning Innovation in the Bachelor of Library and Digital Media Management Program at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. This research aimed to: 1) examine pedagogical competence requirements of university teachers in the digital transformation age; 2) develop a curriculum framework to advance pedagogical competence; and 3) evaluate its quality and effectiveness. The study employed research and development (R&D) design in four phases: foundational pedagogical anchors, curriculum design, curriculum quality dimensions, and effectiveness and impact. Research participants included 10 experts for in-depth interviews, 7 experts for a focus group, and 120 university teachers to assess effectiveness. Instruments included interview forms, focus group protocols, and a curriculum evaluation framework, with validity examined by experts. Data was analyzed using content analysis, mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent. The results revealed that the developed curriculum framework consisted of objectives, guiding pedagogical principles, competence development strands, five integrated activities (Explorer, Collaborator, Integrator, Reflector, Innovator), strategic enablers for each phase, and evaluation dimensions. The quality of the curriculum was rated at the highest level across accuracy, relevance, feasibility, and benefits. Effectiveness testing indicated that university teachers who participated in the activities demonstrated significant improvement (p < .01) in pedagogical competence growth, curriculum quality outcomes, professional engagement, institutional and student impact, and sustainability and scalability. The findings confirm that the developed curriculum framework effectively advances pedagogical competence for university teachers in the digital transformation age.
2025-12-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP Research Journal Humanities and Social Sciences
