Social Reproduction and Educational Inequality in The Three Southern Provinces

This academic article entitled "Social Reproduction and Educational Inequality in The Three Southern Provinces" aims to investigate social reproduction that impacts educational inequality in the three Southern border provinces through Pierre Bourdieu's concepts and related issues, such as the Social Capital and Cultural Capital. The results found that Bourdieu's concept of social reproduction in the context of the three Southern border provinces can be used to explain educational inequality. This is because nowadays, in the three Southern border provinces, many factors cause people to have different access to education, especially in Thai society, where social reproduction is quite explicit. Educational inequality therefore exists everywhere. Using this concept in problem analysis will be beneficial and serve as a guideline for solving the future educational inequality problem in the three Southern border provinces.

ในบรรดาศิลปะการขับร้อง และศิลปะการแสดง ที่บ่งบอกถึงอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชนชายแดนใต้ เพลงดิเกร์ มิวสิค หรือเพลงดิเกร็สมัยใหม่ (Modem Dikir Music) เป็นศิลปะชนิดหนึ่งที่ถูกสร้างสรรค์และถูกนิยาม ขึ้นมาเองโดยกลุ่มคนในท้องถิ่น บทเพลงเหล่านี้ ได้รับความนิยมต่อเนื่องกันมาอย่างยาวนาน อย่าง ข้าที่สุดก็ตั้งแต่ทศวรรษ 2510 จนถึงปัจจุบันที่ได้เกิด ศิลปินดิเกร็มิวสิคหน้าใหม่ขึ้นมาอีกคับคั่ง พวกเขา เติบโตขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นสายธารแห่งบทเพลงซึ่งมีคุณค่า และความหมายในฐานะศิลปะการแสดงพื้นบ้านที่ อัดแน่นไว้ด้วยมุมมอง ค่านิยม อุดมการณ์ ตลอดจน แรงปรารถนาแห่งท้องถิ่น ผู้เขียนศึกษาเกี่ยวกับบทเพลงดิเกร์มิวสิคมา อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2555 มองเห็นว่าบทเพลง เหล่านี้ แม้จะได้รับความนิยมอยู่ในกลุ่มผู้ฟังเฉพาะกลุ่ม แต่ก็มีพื้นที่ทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมที่ชัดเจนแน่นอน ในฐานะเป็นองคาพยพของอรรถลักษณ์ซึ่งบ่งบอกถึง อัตลักษณ์ความเป็นมลายู ที่ไม่เพียงแต่มีเครือข่าย ความสัมพันธ์อยู่เฉพาะในอาณาบริเวณประเทศไทย เท่านั้น แต่ยังเชื่อมโยงไปยังประเทศมาเลเชีย และ อินโดนีเซียด้วย

The Suffering of Muslims in Chumphon Chai Talay Tambon Chumphon, Sathing Phra District, Songkhla Province : An Ill Fortune on the Land of Ancestors

"Baan Chumphon Chai Talay", Tambon Chumphon, Sathing Phra District, Songkhla Province, is a Muslim village that uses southern Thai dialect as their mother tongue, and the locals work mainly as local fishermen. Although there had been evidence of living in this area for many generations, since, at least, the reign of King Rama V, it was found that more than 49 out of 59 households did not have land rights documents as the land had been claimed public space, making lives difficult in many ways. The locals being unable to register their house number or their local mosque was, for instance, their difficulty which, as a result, caused them to pay overly expensive electricity bills. The writer had the opportunity to listen to the suffering and took part in solving the problem, leading to the process of issuing land rights documents. In conclusion, this process can be used as a guideline for case study for other villages. Facing such similar issues.

radicating Poverty in Psychological Dimension: A New Landscape of the Sustainable Development Goal

As humans are viewed as simply living a life with no difference from other living things, not as powerful that they can create the future for people of their kind, the advent of the Utopia of progress, therefore, benefits itself from defining the development “sustainable” while leaving hundreds of billions of human behind the curtain. One of the Sustainable Development Goals of the world organization, the United Nations, has set is to “end poverty in all its forms everywhere” when actually it is what appears to be eradicating only the income dimension of poverty, not all. As a result, eradicating poverty in the psychological dimension is proposed as another development option. Hence, this article projects a new landscape of the Sustainable Development Goal using hermeneutics concept in analysing data, presenting result using descriptive writing techniques - expressing a proposal forholistic development based on the positivist social science paradigm that is suggestive and practical in developer’s workshops

ขอบข่ายของ SDGs SDGs หรือ Sustainable Development Goals คือเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ตั้งขึ้นโดยองค์การ สหประชาชาติ มี 17 เป้าหมาย 169 เป้าประสงค์ การสร้างความสมดุลระหว่างเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและ สิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งทุกฝ่ายต้องร่วมมือกันบรรลุเป้าหมาย ทั้งหมดภายใน 15 ปีข้างหน้า หมายความว่าถ้าเรา ช่วยกันตามเป้าหมาย SDGS ทั้ง 17 ข้อภายในปี 2030 วิกฤตต่าง 1 ในโลกจะลดน้อยลง ทุกคนจะมี คุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น UN ได้จัดทำ Sustainable Development Report เพื่อเนการรายงานประเมิน ความก้าวหน้าในการขับเคลื่อนตามเป้าหมาย การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของประเทศสมาชิกทั้ง 193 ประเทศ ซึ่งในแต่ละปีจะประเมินการพัฒนาตาม SDGS ทั้ง 17 ด้าน

ในฐานะบรรณาธิการประจำฉบับส่งท้ายปีเก่า ต้อนรับปี 2567 และจะเป็นปีที่วารสารรูสมิแลก้าว เข้าสู่ปีที่ 52 นับตั้งแต่การตีพิมพ์ครั้งแรกเมื่อปี 2515 โดยการริเริ่มของท่านอาจารย์เนาวรัตน์ พงษ์ไพบูลย์ ซึ่งท่านเคยเป็นอาจารย์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานีในห้วงเวลาดังกล่าว หลายท่านอาจรู้จักอาจารย์ในฐานะที่ท่านได้รับ การเชิดซูเกียรติจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวัฒนธรรม แห่งชาติ กระทรวงวัฒนธรรมให้เป็นศิลปินแห่งชาติ สาขาวรรณศิลป์ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2536 คราวนั้นผู้เขียน เองก็เริ่มรู้จักอาจารย์เนาวรัตน์มากขึ้น และสนใจอ่าน งานเขียนของท่าน โดยเฉพาะวรรณกรรมทางการเมือง และสังคมที่ท่านสามารถร้อยเรียงถ้อยคำให้เกิดพลัง และเป็นอาวุธในการเคลื่อนไหวของภาคประชาชน การริเริ่มของท่านในวันนั้น การสานต่ออุดมการณ์ วารสารรูสมิแลของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี การสนับสนุนจากท่านผู้เขียน หลากหลายแวดวง และกำลังใจจากผู้อ่าน ทำให้ วารสารรูสมิแลยังคงยืนอยู่ได้จนถึงวัยกลางคนแล้ว และผ่านห้วงเวลาแห่งความท้าทายมาหลายครั้ง หลายครา.... หากกล่าวถึงจังหวัดปัตตานี สิ่งแรก ๆ ที่หลายคน นึกถึงคงหนีไม่พ้นปัญหาความไม่สงบที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เพราะเป็นเรื่องที่คนใน พื้นที่หรือคนนอกพื้นที่ต่างหวาดกังวล เนื่องจาก มันกลายเป็นข่าวให้ได้รับรู้บ่อยครั้งทั้งทางโทรทัศน์ หนังสือพิมพ์ สื่อออนไลน์ มีการผลิตซ้ำจนสร้าง ความหวาดกลัวที่ทำให้ใครต่อใครไม่กล้าลงมา ทำความรู้จักปัตตานีด้วยตัวเอง แต่ในความเป็นจริง ของพื้นที่แห่งนี้ยังคงมีวิถีชีวิต และวัฒนธรรมอัน งดงามอีกมากมายที่หลายคนยังไม่เคยรับรู้ ทั้งความ หลากหลายทางความเชื่อ ความศรัทธา ภาษา และ วัฒนธรรม เป็นบ้านแห่งความหลากหลายของผู้คน มากไปกว่านั้นจังหวัดปัตตานียังมีธรรมชาติและ ทรัพยากรทางทะเลที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ ซึ่งเป็นรากฐาน การดำรงชีวิตที่มีความสำคัญของชาวปัตตานีมาแต่ อดีต อีกทั้งยังมีชายหาดหลายแห่งที่เหมาะแก่การมา ท่องเที่ยว พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ มาสูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์ที่ อยากให้ทุกคนมาสัมผัสด้วยตัวเอง ...
