Abstract

Abstract

              This research aims to study the guidelines to apply the Four sublime states of mind principles to take care of mental state during the Covid-19 crisis. Due to the current situation that everyone is facing the problem of the epidemic of COVID-19 creates a lot of fear and anxiety in everyone's life. Sudden changes in lifestyle, all are the factors that cause the state of suffering in the mind. Generosity and sympathize with each other is something that everyone in society seeks to alleviate the suffering in people's hearts. Four sublime states of mind are the dharmas that reside in the noblest form. It consists of four principles: loving-kindness (Metta), compassion (Karuna), sympathetic joy (Mudita), and equanimity (Upekkha), which are the means of healing the mind in order to cause affection support, and goodwill to each other. These dharmas are an anchor of the mind which are regarded as an essential principle in society that is in the midst of suffering as it is in the present.
