Implementing a student support system to reduce student aggression requires the participation of many parties including school administrators, class teachers, parents, guardians, and other relevant external agencies. There are 5 steps: Step 1, getting to know each student individually. The advisor should have a record of student work collection and abilities skills of students and other. They made the student behavior assessment the SQD from, EQ from, MQ from. Step 2 Screening students. It’s considered information about the student for grouping students into 2 groups: normal group, risk/problematic group. Step 3: Encouraging and developing students were homeroom, classroom meeting, home visit activities for students, safe community activities away from drugs. Step 4: Preventing and helping students were to provide initial counseling to parents, guardians and teachers. Behavioral problem counseling, use behavior modification methods by making concrete behavioral changes. Behavior modification planning using reinforcement principles and appropriate penalties for each individual to increase desirable behavior and decreased undesirable behavior. Providing techniques for student behavior modification. Organizing activities to prevent and help students solve problems. Step 5 Referrals to students. It’s a process of sending students who need help and the counselor has solved the problem in different ways, but the behavior of the students did not improve. Therefore, it must be referred to specialists in the field further.
