การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการความขัดแย้งในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 2

Abstract

         มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแนวทางการจัดการความขัดแย้งในสถานศึกษา 2) เสนอแนวทางการจัดการความขัดแย้งในสถานศกึ ษา ประชากรทีใ่ ช้ ประกอบดว้ ย ผ้บู รหิ ารสถานศึกษา สงั กดั สำนักงานเขตพืน้ ที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา หนองคาย เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 107 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัย ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 80 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่เป็นแบบวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดีจำนวน 5 คน สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับสภาพปฏิบัติ ของแนวทางการจัดการความขัดแย้งในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x = 3.05) และผลการศึกษา ระดับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแนวทางการจัดการความขัดแย้งในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 3.96) 2) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการจัดการความขัดแย้งในสถานศึกษาโดยมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมและเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 3.57)

The Development Model of Conflict in School under the Office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2

       The purpose of this research is to the development guidelines of conflict in school under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The objective is to 1) The studies of current conditions the model of conflict in school. 2) The development guidelines of conflict in school under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2, academic year 2557, amount 107 people. The samples used research consisted sample the administrators amount 80 people and include the information in interviews was : The school administrators which is a best practice for 5 people and qualified assess the suitability and the possibilities the guidelines of conflict management in schools of 5 people. Tools used in for data collection was questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index; PNI modified. 1) The results levels of state is performance guidelines of conflict in school under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The overall at a medium level. and the results levels of state is desirable guidelines of conflict in school under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The overall at a high level. 2) The results and assessing possibilities of the guidelines conflict management in schools. The luminaries checking the suitability and possibilities. The overall a appropriate and agree at a high level.
