การบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่นเขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 124 คน  เครื่องมือใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัญหาการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 ภาพรวมมีการดำเนินงานในระดับปานกลาง และแนวทางการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4   1) ต้องจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้เป็นระบบ   2) ต้องบูรณาการการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ให้ครอบคลุมทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551   3) ต้องแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการนิเทศ ติดตามการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้  4) ต้องนำผลการประเมินการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ไปปรับปรุง และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The Learning Resources Administration of The Basic Educational Institutes of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

The purposes of this research were to study the problem and to find the guideline of the learning resources administration of the basic educational institutes of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sampling group included the educational administrator of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 for 124 persons. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire and the data analysis used percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed the followings. The problem of the learning resources administration of the basic educational institutes of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 generally had a performance at a moderate level. As for the guideline for the learning resources administration of the basic educational institutes of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 found the followings.  1) must arrange the information of learning resources. 2) must integrate implementing of learning resources to cover all subject groups according to the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551. 3) must appoint the supervisory and monitoring committees of learning resources usage plus arrange a schedule of the supervisory.  4) must apply the evaluating results for the continuous improvement and development.
