Academic Self-Development Needs of Teachers in Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองใน การปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการในพัฒนาตนเองในการปฏิบัติงาน วิชาการ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอนและขนาดโรงเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาวิธี การพัฒนาตนเองในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 320 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการ พัฒนาตนเองในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ สถิติทดสอบเอฟ หาลำดับวิธีการในการพัฒนาตนเอง โดยใช้สถิติ ฟรายแมน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ครูผู้สอนมีความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการในพัฒนาตนเองในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการ พบว่า ครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกันมีความต้องการไม่แตกต่างกัน และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่ พบว่าครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีความต้องการ แตกต่างจากโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ 3) วิธีการพัฒนาตนเองในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการ พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี ทางการศึกษา คือ การเข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล คือ การศึกษาต่อ ส่วนด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพ การศึกษา คือ การศึกษาดูงาน

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the academic selfdevelopment needs of teachers in Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to compare the academic self-development needs of the teachers based on teaching experience and school sizes, and 3) to study the self-development methods employed by the teachers affiliated with Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Samples were 320 teachers. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with the entire reliability of .95. Statistics used in data analysis consisted of mean, standard deviation, F-test, and Friedman test.

The results of this research revealed the following: 1) The academic self-development needs of teachers in schools in Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were at the high level. 2) After comparing the academic self-development needs of teachers, it was found as follows: The academic self-development needs of teachers who had different teaching experience were not significantly different. The academic self-development needs of teachers who were from different-sized schools were significantly different at the .05 level. When considering each pair, it was found that the academic self-development needs of the teachers from small-sized schools and large-sized schools were significantly different. 3) Regarding the self-development methods employed by the teachers in Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it was found that in the curriculum development section and the innovation and educational technology development section, the teachers participated in workshops. In the learning process development section and the assessment and evaluation section, they continued their studies in a higher level. In terms of the research for developing educational quality section, they conducted a study visit.
