Guidelines for Developing Academic Administration of Secondary Schools in Mukdahan Province

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการและ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 316 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเพื่อการวิจัยเรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดมุกดาหารและแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดแบบเลือกตอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน T - Test และ F –Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำแนกตามตำแหน่งของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนมีปัญหาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีดังนี้ จัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ให้ยืดหยุ่นและเหมาะสมกับศักยภาพความถนัดและความสนใจของผู้เรียนใช้นวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัยประเมินคุณภาพกำกับติดตาม ตรวจสอบการวัดผลและประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนระเบียบการวัดและประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอThe objectives of this research were 1) to study and compare problems of academic administrations 2) to study guidelines for developing academic administration of secondary schools in Mukdahan province. Samples were 316 administrators and teachers. The research questionnaire to guide the development of academic administration of the schools in Mukdahan province and The questionnaire also had the section of open-ended questions. The data were analyzed using a computer program. Statistics consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results of this research revealed the following: 1) Overall, the problems of academic administration in Mukdahan province were at the moderate level. When considering each section, it was found that the problems of all sections were at the moderate level 2) Regarding comparison of problems of academic administrations according to the opinions of administrators and teachers of secondary schools in Mukdahan province, it was found as follows: According to position classification, were significantly different at the .05 level and According to school-size classification, were significantly different at the .05 level 3) Regarding guidelines for developing academic administration according to the opinions, it was recommended that in the learning process development section, organize a learning process that is flexible and appropriate for potential, interests, and aptitudes of learners, deliver contents and activities promoting morality, ethics, and good values, integrate local wisdom into instruction. In the innovation and technology development section, produce, seek for, and develop innovative materials, seriously evaluate the quality of instructional materials of all subjects, In the evaluation, assessment, and grade transfer section.
