The Roles of School Administrators in Promoting Music Teaching In Traimitr Group Schools under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริม กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนทางด้านดนตรีและหาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนทางด้านดนตรีของกลุ่มโรงเรียนไตรมิตร สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 30 คน และครูผู้สอนจำนวน 80 คนรวมจำนวน 110 คน ได้รับ แบบสอบถามคืนทั้งหมดเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean : ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation: S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนทางด้านดนตรีของ กลุ่มโรงเรียนไตรมิตรสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 โดยรวม พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน รองลงมาได้แก่ด้าน การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามการเรียนการสอน ด้านการประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียน การสอน 2) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการเรียน การสอนทางด้านดนตรีของกลุ่มโรงเรียนไตรมิตร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษา ขอนแก่น เขต 4 พบว่า ด้านการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดทำแผน การดำเนินการเรียนการสอนโดยจัดทำคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานของครูและบุคลากรให้ ชัดเจน และให้ครูที่สอนดนตรีได้มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ทุกครั้ง ด้านการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนงบประมาณใน การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยส่งบุคลากรเข้าร่วมอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียน การสอนดนตรี และครูควรให้เด็กได้แสดงจริงเน้นการปฏิบัติเป็นสำคัญ ด้านการสร้าง บรรยากาศการเรียนการสอนผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้มีห้องเรียนดนตรี สถานที่สำหรับ จัดการแสดงดนตรีในโรงเรียนและครูสอนดนตรีโดยตรง ด้านการนิเทศกำกับ ติดตาม การเรียนการสอน ผู้บริหารควรมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามผลกำกับดูแลอย่างน้อย ภาคเรียนละ 2 ครั้งอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อนำผลมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขครั้งต่อไป ด้านการประเมินผล การเรียนการสอนผู้บริหารควรให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการวัดประเมินผลผู้เรียนโดย ประเมินทุกคนทุกชั้นเรียน ทั้งภาคความรู้และปฏิบัติและกำหนดตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ เป็นคะแนน, เกียรติบัตร, โล่ห์The objectives of this research were to study the roles of school administrators in promoting music teaching and to seek guidelines for such promotion in Traimitr Group schools under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4. A sample group of 110 persons consisted of 30 administrators and 80 teachers. The instruments for data collection were 5-level rating scale questionnaires with 30 questions. The data were analyzed by means and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows : 1) On the whole the roles of administrators in promoting music teaching in Traimitr Group schools were rated high. By aspects, it was found listed in the high-low order of the means as follows : planning and organizing the teaching, followed by the development of teaching, supervision, follow-up and monitoring, evaluation of teaching management and creation of the atmosphere for teaching. 2) The recommendations concerning development of music teaching promotion by administrators were found to include the following five categories; planning and organizing, a clear work plan and handbook should be formulated with music teachers’ participation; development of teaching, administrators should support music teachers development by sending them to attend relevant seminars and teachers should encourage students in actual performance; creating a teaching atmosphere, administrators should set aside a special space for music teaching; supervision, follow-up and monitoring, administrators should participate in that activity at least twice per semester; evaluation of teaching, all students should be evaluated on both theoretical concepts and on practice.
