Abstract

การประกันคุณภาพภายในเป็นการสร้างระบบและกลไกในการพัฒนา ติดตามตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการดำ เนินงานของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายเป้าหมายและระดับคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสถาบันการศึกษาจะต้องปฏิบัติมี 4 ประการ คือ การผลิตบัณฑิต การวิจัยการให้บริการทางวิชาการแก่สังคมและการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม การดำเนินการตามภารกิจทั้ง 4 ประการดังกล่าวมีความสำ คัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาประเทศทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว โดยมีแนวทางการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา ได้แก่การประเมินด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิตA university level internal quality assurance program ideally creates a development mechanism for monitoring and evaluating the operation of a given institute according to its predetermined policies, targets and quality standards. A university typically has 4 missions : graduate production, research, academic services, and furthering society, arts, and culture. These visions contribute to the short and long term development of a country. A guideline system for evaluating educational quality of a higher education was established and consisted of the input, the process, and the output.
