The Role of the University in the Paradigms of the ASEAN Community

Abstract

การเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนมีผลทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่หลากหลายทั้งด้านสังคม การเมือง วัฒนธรรม และเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลต่อวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของคนเป็นอย่างมาก เกิดการแข่งขัน แย่งชิงกันสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เกิดการเคลื่อนย้ายกำลังคน นักศึกษา บุคลากรทางการศึกษามากขึ้น และการเปิดเสรีการค้าบริการด้านการศึกษาซึ่งถือว่าส่งผลกระทบต่อการศึกษาอย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาซึ่งมีมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบมีหน้าที่ในการผลิตบัณฑิตออกสู่ภาคตลาดแรงงาน และพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้มีศักยภาพและมีความพร้อมอย่างเต็มที่ในการแข่งขันและรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง ดังนั้นมหาวิทยาลัยจึงต้องมีบทบาทสำคัญ ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ บทบาทผู้พัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อรับใช้ประชาคม บทบาทการสอนและฝึกอบรมทางด้านภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร บทบาทห้างสรรพสินค้าทางปัญญา บทบาทการเป็นทูตสานสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ บทบาทผู้นำด้านกระบวนทัศน์ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย บทบาทผู้นำทางด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนา บทบาทผู้นำทางการวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่บทบาทเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ บทบาทเป็นผู้ให้บริการวิชาการเชิงรุก บทบาทเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการ บทบาทผู้สร้างและรวบรวม อัตลักษณ์ที่เป็นเอกภาพทางวัฒนธรรม บทบาทเป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมร่วม และบทบาทเป็นผู้เผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมร่วมThe ASEAN Community will lead to change in a variety of social, political, cultural and economic which influence the way the lives of people very seriously such competition, scrum various facilities, there also will be forcefully transported people, students and educational personnel and the education and services free trade particularly affecting education especially in the Higher Education that is responsibility by University that has a task to product and develop the graduates as a fully competency into the labor market to prepare the competition in the dynamic changing. Thus, the Universities need to have an important roles as follows; the curriculum development person to serve the community, the language teaching and training for communication, the intellectual department stores, the international diplomatic relations, the new paradigm research methodology leader, the research and development leader, the research based on area leader, the learning center, the proactive academic services, the academic advisors, the builders and collector the unified cultural identity, the cultural learning center, and the co-culture publishers
