Developing the Guidance for Students Guidance Excellence under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การดำเนินงานแนะแนวนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ 2) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานแนะแนวนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานแนะแนวนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 321 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานแนะแนวนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมมีการดำเนินงานแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำ เนินงานแนะแนวนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการดำเนินแนะแนวนักเรียนนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ และ 40 ตัวชี้วัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) แนวทางการดำเนินงานแนะแนวนักเรียนสู่ความเป็นเลิศมี 5 ด้าน คือ การเตรียมการและร่วมวางแผน การดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจสอบและประเมินผล การปรับปรุงและพัฒนางาน และการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้โดยมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

This research aimed 1) to study the current status and the desirable states of the operation the guidance for students guidance excellence 2) to study the elements and indicators of the operation of the guidance for students guidance excellence 3) to develop the guidance for students guidance excellence. The sample including the director of education and teachers for 321 people. The instruments used data collection were questionnaires and interview form. Data analysis was percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study revealed these results : 1) The current status of the operation in the guidance for students guidance for students guidance excellence of the directors of education and teacher. As a whole aspect, the operation guidance for students in a middle level. The desirable states of the operation guidance for students at a highest level. 2) There are 8 components and 40 indicators. As a whole aspect, it was in a highest level. 3) The students guidance excellence have 5 components including 1) preparation 2) implementation plan 3) monitoring and evaluation 4) implement and development 5) knowledge sharing. It is appropriate and possibility to and excellent.
