การสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของนักศึกษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาฬสินธุ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของนักศึกษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ อาจารย์ คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ 36 คน และนักศึกษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ 543 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบ สำรวจความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ และ 2) แบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ สภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของนักศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาจารย์ เห็นว่า 1) นักศึกษามีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์ให้ ความรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) นักศึกษามีปัญหาในการ ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) มีความต้องการจัดอบรมเพื่อสร้าง ทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศแก่นักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากนักศึกษา เห็นว่า 1) นักศึกษามีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสาร สนเทศ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์มีการให้ความรู้ ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) นักศึกษามีปัญหาในการใช้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) มีความต้องการเข้ารับการอบรมใน การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับมาก

Survey Concerning State Problems and the use of Information Technology by Students in the Faculty of Arts and Science, Kalasin Rajabhat University

This research project sampled students at the Faculty of Arts and Science at Kalasin Rajabhat University. Specifically, the purpose of the research project was to examine the student’s familiarity and capabilities with respect to the use of information technology (IT). The sample subjects, selected by purposive sampling, were 36 lecturers and 543 students. The instruments used were 1) a 5-rating – scale questionnaires covering the lecturers’ opinions of the student’s abilities, and 2) a survey revealing the way students use information technology. The statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows:

The lecturers’ opinion was 1) students gained knowledge and ability in using information technology (IT) at a low level.2) Lectures’ thought they taught the students IT at a moderate level.3) the teachers thought students had IT problems at a high level and 4) training for IT was needed at a high level. The students’ opinion was 1) they gained knowledge and the ability to use information technology (IT) at a moderate level. 2) They thought the lectures they attended helped them with IT at a moderate level. 3) They thought they had IT problems at a high level, and 4) training for IT was needed at a high level.
