การศึกษาผลสำเร็จการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กของเทศบาลในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลสำเร็จการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็กของเทศบาลในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และ 2) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนา การบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กของเทศบาลในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ใช้ประชากรเป็นหน่วย ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา จำนวน 68 คน หัวหน้าศูนย์ พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 199 คนและครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 204 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ ในรูปตารางและการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลสำเร็จการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กของเทศบาลในจังหวัด กาฬสินธุ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็ก พบว่า 1) ควรจัดตั้งเวทีประชาคม นำเสนอข้อคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ต่อหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดและสภาท้องถิ่น 2) ควรสร้างสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็กกับผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 3) สถานที่ตั้งศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีความเหมาะสม มีอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ที่เพียงพอกับจำนวนเด็ก 4) ควรจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาการทาง ด้านต่างๆ และตอบสนองความสนใจและส่งเสริมความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียน 5) ควรจัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ให้ชุมชนทราบเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง 6) ควรพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้เป็นแหล่งแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้

A Study of Achievement in the Administration of Child Development Centers Affiliated With Municipalities in Kalasin Province

This research aimed to study (1) achievements in the administration of child development centers affiliated with municipalities in Kalasin province and (2) suggestions for developing the administration of child development centers affiliated with municipalities in Kalasin province. The population consisted of 68 directors of education division, 199 chairpersons of child development centers, and 204 teachers. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of data analysis were presented in the form of tables and the descriptive method.

The results of this research revealed that overall, the achievement in administration of child development centers affiliated with municipalities in Kalasin province was at the high level. With regard to suggestions for further developing the administration of child development centers, the following was considered: (1) organize a people forum and elicit the opinions of persons involved with the original organization and local councils; (2) construct a good relationship between the centers. guardians and communities; (3) the location of a child development center should be appropriate and the centers should have sufficient equipment for young children; (4) organize activities that promote the development in various aspects of young children, corresponds to their interest, and promote creative thinking, (5) organize an ongoing public relations program that helps the community learn about the administration of a center, and (6) develop a child development center as a place for exchanging knowledge.
