แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ไอซีทีของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนดี ประจำตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23

Abstract

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้ไอซีทีในโรงเรียน 2) ศึกษาทักษะการใช้ไอซีทีของครู และ 3) เสนอแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ไอซีทีของครูโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 70 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลวิจัยพบว่า (1) ทุกโรงเรียนมีโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร คือ การเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต การใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหาร โรงเรียนมีเว็บไซต์ และเฟสบุ๊คโรงเรียนรวมถึงไลน์กลุ่มโรงเรียน โรงเรียนมีห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และมีหน่วยงานรับผิดชอบงานไอซีทีโรงเรียน ส่วนครูในโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลมีการใช้ไอซีทีเบื้องต้นครูมีอุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นของตนเองเช่น โน้ตบุ๊ค แท็บเล็ต สมาร์ทโฟน เป็นต้น ครูใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในการติดต่อสื่อสารและหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม (2) ทักษะไอซีทีของครูในโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลตามกรอบสมรรถนะการใช้ไอซีทีของยูเนสโกด้านการรู้เทคโนโลยี พบว่า ครูขาดทักษะมากสุดคือด้านศาสตร์การสอน รองลงมาคือด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและด้านองค์กรและการบริหาร (3) ข้อเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะไอซีที ของครูโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 มี 6 ด้าน ซึ่งด้านที่ครูต้องพัฒนามากที่สุด คือ ศาสตร์การสอนที่ครูต้องบูรณาการไอซีทีมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการสอน

Guidelines for The Development of ICT Usage Skills of Teachers in Outstanding Schools of Sub-district under The Office of Secondary Education Area 23

       The purposes of this study were : (1) to investigate the conditions of ICT usage in the schools (2) to explore the ICT usage skills of the teachers in outstanding schools, and (3) to propose guidelines for developing the ICT usage skills of the teachers in outstanding schools of sub-district. The populations were 70 educational staffs in schools including administrators and teachers. The results revealed that : (1) all schools had their nformation and communication technology infrastructures including the internet network, ICT system for school administration and management, school website, school Facebook account, and school line, computer laboratory and computers, and school’s sector which is responsible for school ICT, The teachers in the outstanding schools in sub-district used basic ICT, teachers owned their ICT instruments such as laptops, tablets, and smart phones, teachers also used social networks to communicate and to gain more knowledge, (2) the ICT usage skills of the teacher in outstanding schools of sub-district based on UNESCO ICT Competency  ramework on IT literacy revealed that lacking of the teaching skills was highest reported, while lacking of ICT skills, and lacking of organization and administration skill were reported in the descending order, and (3) there were six recommendation on ICT skills recommended by teachers of outstanding schools of district under the Office of Secondary Education Area 23 which the most needed aspect was teaching skills that integrated ICT as a teaching media.
