การพัฒนาชุดฝึกทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษเกี่ยวกับแหล่ง ท่องเที่ยวท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสคำปลาฝาโนนชัย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

Abstract

        การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกทักษะให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) ทดลองใช้โดยใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ 3) ประเมินและแก้ไขปรับปรุงชุดฝึกให้ดียิ่งขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสคำปลาฝาโนนชัย อeเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดฝึกการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานพบว่า ต้องการให้ชุดฝึกมีเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจ มีภาพประกอบและมีสีสันสวยงาม 2) ผลการพัฒนาชุดฝึกพบว่า ชุดฝึกมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าเกณฑ์ ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 76/82 3) ผลการทดลองใช้ชุดฝึกพบว่านักเรียนสนใจในเนื้อเรื่อง และสามารถพูดแนะนำแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ได้ 4) ผลการประเมินชุดฝึก พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการพูดภาษาอังกฤษก่อนและหลังต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และนักเรียนเห็นด้วยอย่างมากต่อการเรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึก ดังนี้ คือ ด้านบรรยากาศ นักเรียนมีความสนุกสนาน ด้านประโยชน์ นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม และด้านกิจกรรม นักเรียนมีความเห็นว่า กิจกรรมหลังการพูดช่วยให้นักเรียนใช้ภาษาได้อย่างมีอิสระและสร้างสรรค์

English Speaking Skill Package Development onLocal Tourist Attractions for Ninth Grade Students at Khamplaphanonchai School, Kalasin Province

      The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop speaking practice package to meet the efficient criterion of 75/75 2) to implement the drill and practice package and 3) to evaluate and improve speaking drill and practice package. The samples were 17 ninth grade students of Khamplaphanonchai School, Kalasin Province. The research instruments were developed speaking skill and practice package, achievement tests and questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysiswere percentage, mean, standard deviation. The result of this research were: 1) the students and the involved people need speaking English speaking package related to Kalasin Attractions in various format with colorful pictures inside to make more interesting 2) the speaking practice package met the efficient criterion of 76/82 3) the speaking practice package were implement to 17 ninth grade students as shown in the result 4) The result of evaluation and improvement of drill and practice package revealed that the outcome of the students before and after the implementation of the drill and package were statistically significant different at 0.05 level. The students’ opinions revealed that they had a lot of fun while studying. Also, this speaking practice package was useful after running activities
freely and creatively.
