Mobile Phone Shop Management System A Case Study of PJ SHOP

Abstract
The objectives of this project are 1) to develop a mobile phone shop management system from PJ Shop case study, 2) to evaluate mobile shop management satisfaction from PJ Shop Case Study. Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 is used for developing the system and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 is used for storing data. The target group is users of the mobile phone shop management system from PJ Shop. Statistic information used in data analysis is mean value and System Development Life Cycle or SDLC is also used. The methodology of the research started with studying system requirements from users, Then the system was developed, evaluated, and implemented. After that, user satisfaction was evaluated. Statistic information used in the analysis was mean value. The results show that the satisfactory evaluation by 5 specialists is at a good level with a mean of 4.36. The satisfactory evaluation by 20 system users is also at a good level with a mean of 4.29. This means that this system can function effectively for its intended objectives and can be applied in the workplace.
