The Strategic Leadership of Administrators Secondary Schools in Bangplee District Under Samutprakan the Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the level of the strategic leadership of administrators of secondary schools and to compare the level of the strategic leadership of administrators of secondary schools in Bangplee district under the secondary educational service area office Samutprakan, classified by gender, education level, work experience, and school size. The sample group is 234 teachers in secondary schools in Bangplee district, using Krejcie and Morgan table and simple random sampling. Data collection is based on a questionnaire and reliability is 0.997. The data analysis was performed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffé’s post hoc comparisons Method. The research findings were 1) The strategic leadership of administrators of secondary schools in Bangplee district under the secondary educational service area office Samutprakan as a whole was at a high level. 2) The comparison of strategic leadership of administrators of secondary schools in Bangplee district under the secondary educational service area office Samutprakan was as follows: The comparison of strategic leadership of administrators of secondary schools in Bangplee district under the secondary educational service area office Samutprakan classified by school size as a whole and in each aspect was different with statistical significance at 0.05.
