THE SCENARIO OF GENERAL BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE SCHOOL DURING A.D. 2015-2024

Abstract

                The objective of this research was to study a scenario of the General Buddhist Scripture School during the next decade (2015-2024) by using mixed methodology. The research study consisted of EDFR research techniques, futures wheel techniques, cross-sectional analysis and scenario development. The samples consisted of 9 experts and 24 educational specialists. They were chosen by interview and purposive sampling method. A total of 24 participants were selected and the cross-sectional effect was assessed by questionnaires with personnel involved in the scripture school. The statistics used for data analysis were median, normality, and quartile range, using statistics as the initial probability, conditional probability and the handicap ratios of cross effects. The results of the study were as follows: the scenario of the General Buddhist Scripture School during the next decade (2015-2024) which consist of five main components: (1) quality learners, (2) quality teachers, (3) quality schools, (4) quality management, and (5) quality community participation. The scenario of the General Buddhist Scripture School and Interaction between trend events was comprised of 26 quality learners trends, 26 quality teachers trends, 26 quality school trends, 20 quality management trends, and 11 quality community participation trends.
