THE STUDY OF WANT TO DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS FORWARD THAILAND 4.0

Abstract

              This research is aimed to development professional teachers toward Thailand 4.0 by studying the documents and related research and creating a draft of strategies to professional teachers toward Thailand 4.0. The samples were administrators and teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2 and Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office for 354 people by Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument used to collect the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination was between 0.31 and 0.89, and the reliability was 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that the needs in professional teachers development toward Thailand 4.0 was at a significance level in both overall and in all aspects, average descending to 3 order were learning activities were at a high level in both overall and in all aspects – the average is descending to 3 order categorized by creative promotion activities, reinforce a good attitude in the subject of study, and stimulate interest in learning to be suitable for the learner's development. Classroom research was at a high level in both overall and in all aspects, average descending to 3 order use research results to solve problems development of learning activities, evaluate the development of learners after learning activities and analyze the problems and needs of students before doing research. Measurement and evaluation were at a high level in both overall and in all aspects, average descending to 3 order analyze learners before determining criteria for assessing students, use the evaluation results to develop assessment criteria to suit the student's potential and measure, assess students' performance by focusing on real conditions.
