Abstract

            This article aims to study the appropriate ecosystem for modern entrepreneurs in present digital online business. The ecosystem factors supporting the creation of a modern business through the research results of the current modern entrepreneur scholars were studied. At the same time, it also reviewed ideas and academic articles on a suitable ecosystem for modern entrepreneurs from academics with specific expertise. It also presented empirical case studies that have already occurred in the other countries. To understand the role and importance of the ecosystem for digital entrepreneurs in the regeneration of business in this rapidly changing world, the study found that the ecosystem factors supporting the creation of a digital entrepreneurship society included: 1) financial support, 2) government policies, 3) government support measures, 4) education, knowledge in entrepreneurship, 5) knowledge transfer for research and development, 6) professional services for businesses, 7) market openness, 8) domestic infrastructure, and 9) social and cultural equality. The keys to creating a sustainable digital entrepreneurship environment included: 1) digital users’ citizenship, 2) multi-faceted digital platforms, 3) governance of digital infrastructure, and 4) digital technology entrepreneurship. Ecosystem management for digital entrepreneurs to increase business opportunities could be done as follows: 1) select the appropriate type of environment, 2) clear roles and responsibilities, 3)focus on creating shared value, 4) separate new ecosystem from traditional business, 5) build trust among trade partners, 6) develop a strategy to generate income, 7) build high-value alliances first, 8) build community relationships among partners, 9) maintain agility, and 10) set clear metrics and target values ​​for tracking.
